First Anniversary of Tokyo Pro Market Listing

Hello everyone.

Today, November 14, 2025, is a momentous day marking one year since our listing on the Tokyo Pro Market.
First, I would like to express my gratitude to all our stakeholders who have supported our company, which is still maturing as a listed entity, over this past year.
This has been a year spent working with sincerity to ensure we can properly repay your support through our performance and results.
The atmosphere and motivation within the company are excellent. To continue our growth this year and advance to a higher stage for next year, we will be graduating from the Tokyo Pro Market this coming Sunday, despite it being a short period of one year.

Furthermore, we plan to transfer our listing to the Nagoya Stock Exchange Next Market starting November 17, 2025.
At the Nagoya Stock Exchange, many new shareholders will join us as stakeholders.
I intend to manage the company with an even greater sense of responsibility and a stronger awareness of what it means to be a listed company.
I am able to announce our move to the next step during this commemorative first year.
