A mom who is almost 40 years old
Family: 2 children, husband
Occupation: Medical professional (4-5 days a week, about 5 hours a day)
Salary: Just under 200,000 yen per month, no bonus (not a dependent)
I am just an ordinary mom you can find anywhere.

A major incident occurred in our household, which is already living paycheck to paycheck.
Starting this June, my salary will decrease. To make matters worse, my husband's bonus will also decrease this year, and the monthly fees for my children's extracurricular activities are going up.
Prices are soaring every day, so why isn't my salary going up... Did I do something wrong? 😭
In my job, the number of tasks varies by day, and if a task is canceled, I have no income for that day. "I hope it doesn't get canceled!" I pray while I work.
Also, since I am not a full-time employee, I have no paid leave, and if my children or I get sick, there is no income.
I thought about working within the dependent limit, but that would make our household finances too tight, so I have no choice but to work. However, paying taxes and pension every month is painful... (Once I pass 40, nursing care insurance payments will also begin...)
Because I work, I can't make it in time to pick up my children, so I use after-school clubs and extended childcare. Nearly 20,000 yen flies away...
Because I don't want to say "No, we can't afford that!" to the things my children want to do,
and I want to support them, I invest in their future (lessons) for just under 30,000 yen a month.
Every time prices go up, I feel like I'm going crazy trying to figure out where to cut back in the household budget.

What I started doing
Ever since then, I've spent my days searching for how to earn an extra 30,000 yen. That's when I noticed [Side Hustles]

The ideal time I want to spend on a side hustle is about 1 to 2 hours a day. In terms of a week, about 1 to 2 days a week. With that, I thought, it would be nice to earn 30,000 yen a month~, and since I hold a national qualification, I've always been a search fanatic who digs deep into anything that catches my interest, so I researched all sorts of side hustles!

I want to start a side hustle because I don't have money, so why do they try to make me buy expensive skills...
