📢Announcement for the 5th Solo Exhibition "1DAY:4EMOTION" (Aug 7th (Fri) - Aug 11th (Tue) in Kiyokawa, Fukuoka)
I am pleased to announce that I will be holding my 5th solo exhibition, "1DAY:4EMOTION," at [tsugi] in Kiyokawa, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka.
This exhibition came to fruition after an invitation from Izumi-san, the owner who has been enlivening the Fukuoka art scene, and I am very happy about it. (Thank you, Izumi-san!)
For this solo exhibition, I will be displaying 8 alcohol ink art pieces created with 9 colors of ink.
These are experimental works that treat the act of painting as a performance.
By imposing the [constraint] of "9 colors of ink, 4 pieces per day," I projected "the way we live our daily lives while playing various roles" onto the act of painting. What was born within these constraints was the maximum [freedom] of emotion.
tsugi, which relocated and opened this past May, is a wonderful space with a retro-modern interior colored by carefully selected decor and dried flowers.
I hope this exhibition will complement the space where customers enjoy delicious drinks and conversation.
I will be at the gallery from 20:00 to 22:00 on 8/7 (Fri), 8/8 (Sat), and 8/11 (Tue), so I look forward to seeing you there.

[Haruka Shinoda / Profile]
Born in 1986, lives in Fukuoka.
Started theater in high school and entered the path of expression. In 2005, while attending Waseda University, began activities as a member of the theater company "Shudan Tama." In addition to independent performances, appeared in contemporary art exhibitions such as the "Oppai Exhibition," Tokushima Color Free Cultural Festival, Hayakawa Soko Cup DENGEKI, and Sengawa Theater Drama Competition.
In 2015, launched the accessory brand "atelier nolla" and began working as an artist. Since 2022, has started self-taught expressive activities including painting and improvisational dance. Aims for diverse creation while crossing the fields of art and design.
