How to create a collaborative magazine☺️

This article explains
how to create a note magazine!

I am using the screens from the
mobile and browser versions of note to explain.☺️

First of all.
The way to create a magazine for yourself
is the same as creating a collaborative magazine.

By inviting another creator
to a regular magazine,
the magazine becomes a collaborative magazine.

Step 1: How to create a magazine

On the note top page,
click on your icon.

Step 2
Click on the word 'Magazine'.

Step 3

Click on 'Create Magazine'.

Step 4
Decide on the magazine settings.

Regarding the magazine type,
select 'Free'.

The magazine title is mandatory.
Please decide on and enter a title for the magazine.

The magazine description is also a mandatory field.
I will enter 'Test' for this time.

You can switch between public and private
by clicking the button for the publication settings.

Please click 'Create' at the bottom right.

The magazine is now complete.

From here on,
is how to create a collaborative magazine.

*I recommend copying the name
or note ID of the creator you want to invite
in advance!

For the magazine you created,
click the gear icon, the settings button.

The button is located
to the right of the magazine title.

When you click the gear,
Settings and
Sort/Delete items will
appear in a pop-up😊

Please click Settings.

When you open the settings screen,

Basic Information, Member Management, and Followers
will be listed.

Please click Member Management.

On the Member Management page,
a list of management members will be displayed.

After the list, there is a button called
Invite Member,
so please click that.

A pop-up
screen titled Invite to Management Members will appear.

You need to enter the name via search.

Please enter the name of the creator
you want to invite.

This time, I used the name
Takacchi for the search.

Many creators named
Takacchi will appear.

From among them, select the
Takacchi you want to invite.

You can also search by noteID.
If you make a mistake,
the other person will receive
an email from note.

Be careful not to make a mistake.

Once you click the name of the person you want to invite,
the bottom right of the pop-up
will change to Cancel and Send Invite.

When you click Send Invite,
it will say "A confirmation email has been sent to the creator you are inviting" and
an invitation URL email will be sent to the other person.


All that's left is for the other person to check their email,
click the URL,
and it's complete.

Once at least one member other than yourself joins,
the magazine becomes a collaborative magazine.

The invitation URL email is

not sent via the internal note email system,
but to the registered email address used for login.
