【About Administrators】

Thankfully, I have received comments from several people saying
“I would like to try being an administrator”☺️🙌✨️
Everyone is so ambitious and truly wonderful😍✨️‼️

When I launched this magazine
as a place for practice and experience,

I thought about inviting administrators
to get involved in the management
and was planning to do so actively😁👍✨


During the first month,
I actually invited members,
and for about two weeks, I increased the number of administrators
to help with operations☺️✨️

To the members who cooperated,
thank you so much🥹💓✨✨


By actually trying it with more administrators,

I have realized that the rules of the collaborative magazine
cannot be fully communicated.☺️

As a collaborative magazine owner myself, I am
also in the middle of practicing and experiencing this.😂

If there are too many entry points,
the number of people who join
without understanding the rules will increase,


and as a result, it may become
a magazine that is not friendly to beginners.😢

Therefore, I will return to the traditional style,

and only two people,
myself and Ken-san,
will be able to invite members to the collaborative magazine!

Although Ken-san is also an administrator,
this is not to create a difference in status,
he is a member just like everyone else.☺️✨

He is someone who will support us together
as an 'entry point' for the collaborative magazine.☺️


The deadline is... well, let's see.

I want this magazine to be a place where beginners
can always feel safe participating.

Even if the management team's level improves,
