2 months until Hitoiro Exhibition @ Yokohama♪
Hitoiro Exhibition Tour 2023😊
A month has passed since the fun event in Fukuoka,
and while still deeply savoring the lingering memories,
I am making preparations for the Yokohama event from 9/27 to 10/1.
Exactly two months until the event in Yokohama!
I will keep you updated on the preparations.

🍀Event hours have been decided♪
The event will be held for 5 days from Wednesday, 9/27/2023 to Sunday, 10/1,

I plan to be at the gallery for the entire duration.
I would be happy to talk with you about things like your favorite colors✨

🍀I made a header illustration♪

The Hitoiro Exhibition is moving forward with the help of many people.
The header was also inspired by an idea from geek-san, who has been helping us since the early stages of the Fukuoka preparations.
With about two and a half months left until Fukuoka,
geek-san gave us a wonderful idea, suggesting, "Why don't you try making a header that everyone can use? Maybe add some accent colors that feel like Fukuoka!" and we ended up thinking about it together.
This time, just like in Fukuoka, I wanted to add colors that feel like Yokohama, so I took inspiration from geek-san's flash of insight and chose the red of the "Red Shoes."
It refers to the "Statue of the Girl in Red Shoes" in Yokohama's Yamashita Park.
It is also the motif for a short story by Yamiyo no Karasu-san, which is one of the collaboration works that will be exhibited at the Hitoiro Exhibition.
*Just as I imagined children from colors, I want to see what everyone imagines from colors.
This is a literary work themed around color, which was realized by asking writers with whom I have deep connections.
I asked Karasu-san to write a piece themed around the host city, Yokohama, and the colors imagined from it.
It is a work that touches the heart... please do read it.
And one more thing, I decorated the surroundings with dogwood, the tree of Kohoku Ward where the venue is located.
It seems the red berries appear in autumn.
I wonder if I will be able to see the real thing on the day. I am looking forward to it.

🍀The Saruku series is also starting♪

The "Futeki-kun, Saruku in Kurume" series, which was well-received in Fukuoka.
"Saruku" is a dialect of the Chikugo region in Fukuoka Prefecture, meaning to walk around here and there.
ChihayaChihaya who lives in Fukuoka, introduced various charms around the venue, taking along Kurume City's mascot character Kuruppa and the Hitoiro Exhibition's mascot character, Futeki-kun.
In Yokohama, too, the Ame Mikama series will begin along with Kujira-chan♪
I am happy to be told about shops that can be visited along with the Hitoiro Exhibition.
I am also very much looking forward to it.
🌟Postscript: The Yokohama Saruku series has begun!

🍀I will also include the titles on the QR codes for the collaboration works♪
At the Hitoiro Exhibition, we will display QR codes for the collaboration project participation works (from April 2022 & from May 2023).

This time, I have decided to also include the titles of the works.
I will reflect them from the titles of your work articles or the titles written within the articles.
By the way, I plan to print them in mid-September, so I will include the information as of 9/10.
In the autumn of literature and music, I hope that many people will be able to enjoy your works at a leisurely pace at the quiet Okurayama Memorial Hall.
