Fiscal Year 2024 and My Own Restart
As April (the new fiscal year) has arrived, I want to move in a new direction myself. I have reorganized the details regarding the 10 things I want to do this year that I wrote about the other day.
About my blog (note), my main job, and myself.
While I won't be making any grand promises, I want to make this fiscal year a time to focus on leveling up myself and pushing forward while properly protecting my own well-being.

The portfolio I restarted last year
As my own work (portfolio), I have been gradually revamping my magazines since around April of last year. As of now, I have prepared three types.
・Science-related magazine
・Essays & travelogues weaving together my daily time
・A place to share learnings from books & note
This fiscal year, I will proceed with enhancing the above. There are two types of archives, but I hope to work on those as well. Also, I want to create a new magazine.
It is my 5th year since starting note. I have been through trial and error with various styles.
Things I want to write about. I have become able to express myself as I wish. Since the weekly records are continuing, I will keep them up as a habit.
In particular, regarding science-related topics, I hope to dig deeper while reading books in earnest.

Making a comeback in my main job
As for my main job, it has been nearly 10 years since I started working, which went by quickly. A lot has happened during this period.
In terms of my career, I feel like I finally reached the starting line around last year. Regarding the systemization of quality evaluation that I have been working on for several years, I think it has reached a steady state to some extent.
Increasing actions based on this system. Properly establishing a presence both inside and outside the company. This seems to be one of the challenges for this fiscal year as well.
Also, when I first started working, I was enthusiastic about certification exams, but they were left behind in the depths of oblivion. I had health issues and became unsure of what I wanted to do myself.
It is about time I paid back those debts.
・Improve English (TOEIC) score (reach 700 points)
・Computational Mechanics Engineer Certification (Solid Mechanics, Level 1)
Regarding work, it took time for it to take its current form as a business. In that sense, this also includes planning my own comeback.

Reflecting on myself
For this year, at the beginning of the year, I set the goal of cultivating a mindset of common sense and tolerance.
Common sense is about being conscious of how I interact with others in public, such as responding appropriately and being considerate. Tolerance is for myself, as I tend to be a perfectionist in my daily life. First and foremost, I need to be kind to myself.
In order to make life easier for myself, I need to update my own way of doing things at some point.
I often make mistakes regarding interpersonal boundaries and etiquette, so I hope to be more mindful of these things.

At the same time, while I need to manage the burden I place on myself, it is also important not to let my mental health collapse, such as by blaming myself more than necessary.
I must not be dominated by negative emotions. I want to stay calm and work on solutions while keeping my feelings in check.
Also, now that the season has changed to spring, I want to increase my opportunities to go out, including for personal reasons. If I stay cooped up, I tend to become mentally withdrawn.
Since this relates to travel, which is also relevant to my current magazine, I will update it as needed. I also want to think about how to handle the event-related magazine.

Conclusion
As we enter the new fiscal year, personally, I want to focus on optimization rather than leaps and bounds as I go through trial and error. From there, I hope to explore a new way of living.
I will continue to devote my energy to my main job and my blog, but I want to raise the level of everything I do.
Since the start of this fiscal year, my main job has become busier, but I hope to keep working hard without giving up. I look forward to your continued support!!!
