For those stuck on a '100 things I want to do' list. Just one line is enough.
Is there anyone else who can't write a 'things I want to do' list?
Anyone who saw 'write 100 things' and quietly closed the page? 🙋♀️
・Write down your big dreams
・Clarify your life goals
…No, isn't that impossible? 🤣
Honestly, have you ever thought,
'I don't have dreams like that'
or 'I'm just doing my best to get through every day'?
I definitely have.
And so, without being able to write anything, I felt a bit uneasy.
I ended up feeling down on my own, thinking, 'I'm no good because I can't even write a list. 😭'
——But then, at one point, it just occurred to me.
'Oh, I want to get my nails done.'
At that moment, I did something different than usual.
Instead of a proper 'things I want to do' list,
I just tried writing down that one line.
'Get nails done'
Really, just that.
And when I thought about it carefully,
I realized it wasn't about getting nails done right away, but first taking care of my cuticles.
'Take care of cuticles'
I wrote another line.

Even though it was just that,
something a little strange happened.
'I can do this right now'
I was actually able to think that!
…Have you ever thought this?
Even if big things are impossible, there are moments when you think, "I could probably do this!"
Maybe the things you want to do don't have to be such a big deal.
・I want to relax at Starbucks for 30 minutes.
・I want to create 10 minutes of time without looking at my phone.
・I want to tidy up a little bit.
Something like that.
And, just write "one line" of that.
With just that, "things you want to do" turn into "things you can probably do."
So if you're thinking right now,
"I can't write a bucket list..."
You don't need 100 things.
You don't need big dreams.
Start with one.
Just one for now.
Anything is fine.
Something you thought, even just a little bit,
"I might want to do this" right now.
I want you to try writing just one line of that.
After you finish reading this, I want you to try writing just one thing.
It can be something really small.
Just that will change how you feel a little bit.
That's how I made my days a little easier.
It doesn't have to be a grand dream, and it doesn't have to be a proper list.
Just whatever you thought, "I want to do this,"
just write one line.
That's all you need.
I hope that by doing that, you can gradually fill yourself up.
I hope we can enjoy using our planners together,
but also keep it relaxed and easy-going.🥰
