What are the common traits of people you find 'amazing'?
"This person is amazing...!"
"I want to be like that too!"
Don't you have people around you
who make you feel that way?
Hello, this is Nana.
Since the start of 2025, I have been blessed with opportunities to meet people in person who made me think, "This person is amazing...!"
When I carefully observed the
content they share and their actions,
I realized they have "certain common traits."
I'll talk about them in three points.
(1) They utilize their own interests and resources
"I shouldn't do it until I've gained more experience..."
"I don't have enough confidence yet..."
Even when a wonderful offer comes along, we tend to think like that.
People I find amazing always
say "I'll do it!" even if they have little experience,
and they decide to "just do it for now!" even if it's not perfect.
It's not that they act because they are prepared, but that they can grow because they act! That is what it means.
(2) They do not accept things that feel wrong
"It's such a great opportunity..."
"Would it be bad if I turned it down...?"
Are you forcing yourself to accept things just because you feel bad for the other person?
People I respect value the feeling of "this feels a bit off..."
and they don't get swept away by the choices in front of them, but choose what they truly want to do.
If you can focus your energy on what is important, your growth speed will likely be faster!
(3) They invest time and money in taking care of themselves
"I'm busy, so I'll put myself last"
"I have too much to do and no room to breathe..."
Don't you think that way?
Especially when busy, they take care of their mind and body,
and block out time to take care of themselves.
Because they take care of themselves, they can perform at their best!
But where should I start?
Even if it looks easy, when you actually try to do it,
the part of me that wants to make excuses like "even so..." often appears.
To put this into practice...
✔ What are my strengths and what am I good at?
✔ When do I feel comfortable, and when do I feel something is off?
✔ How can I be myself and perform at my best?
When you put these things into words and clarify them,
not only does it become "easier to take action,"
but you also gain a "solid core" for when you are unsure about choices.
When I thought I needed to know myself better, coaching was useful.

I would be happy if you read this too!
