➡️ About Changes in Breathing During Flow ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

👉 Breathing is not something you do.
When you try hard,
your breathing becomes rapid.
When you are impatient,
you chase after the air.
Your body tenses up,
and the world narrows.
However,
the moment you try to breathe deeply,
your breathing is already disrupted.
Breathing is
not something to control.
It is not something to regulate either.
You simply
stop getting in the way.
Then,
your breath deepens on its own.
Your body becomes lighter,
the scenery becomes quiet,
and time slowly unravels.
Eventually,
even the sensation of breathing disappears.
Did I inhale?
Did I exhale?
I no longer
know.
Yet, I am still alive.
No,
at that moment for the first time,
I have returned to the flow of "living."
The burning zone is
a world where you focus your power into a single point.
The quiet zone is
a world where you forget power itself.
Both are beautiful.
But,
what is truly free
is the stillness that remains after the fire burns out.
There,
breathing also becomes the background.
The body also becomes the background.
Even the word "self"
slowly dissolves.
What remains is
simply
the sensation of
“being.”
Flow is not concentration.
It is not the result of regulated breathing.
It is the moment when the boundaries between the world,
your breath,
and yourself disappear.
The stillness born from that,
“Eternal Youth” (Furo)
is what I call it.
