Specialty Japanese Miso I Found in London🌈

I found this at "Natural Natural," the Japanese grocery store in London I introduced before.Matsuai Foods'slight soy sauce🌈

Grown without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period, this specialty soy sauce is crafted over more than a year using soybeans from Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture and wheat from Kikuchi🌈

Kikuchi City in Kumamoto Prefecture is where my mother's family is from, so I was happy to see it💕

Salt is not "refined salt" but "sun-dried salt", which is also great🌈sun-dried salt" which is also great🌈

When I went last time, the 900ml bottle was on sale for 9 pounds (approx. 1500 yen) down from 12.9 pounds. Japanese price: 1120 yen (tax included).

I went to buy it again and the sale was still on, so I bought one bottle✨

I was looking at the refrigerated section wondering if there was anything else I wanted, and I was surprised😆

And it's much cheaper than "Hikari Miso"🤣

Hikari Miso (organic soybeans & additive-free) 750g is currently 9.99 pounds (approx. 1700 yen; at today's rate, 1 pound is 170 yen😂)

It was 8 pounds (approx. 1360 yen) when I checked last time~💦
