In the video above, there's a part where you can see the difference between using regular detergent and wellwash to remove permanent marker, and the way it comes off is completely different! With regular detergent, even when you try to rinse it with water, the permanent marker remains on the surface 💦 So that was the cause of the yellowing!

Originally sold since 2022 under the name "Detergent that Protects the Ocean," wellwash was relaunched in January 2025 with a new logo and concept as a new-era ethical detergent!

"wellwash" uses a unique ingredient blend to thoroughly break down clothing stains to the nano level. (= nanoparticle dispersion) This not only dramatically removes stains but also succeeded in reducing the amount of hard-to-rinse surfactants to less than 1/3 of the usual amount.

Generally, surfactants, which are the main ingredients in detergents, tend to remain deep in the fibers, which is a cause of yellowing and odors.
