A drive to the beach with my niece🚙 The next day, continuing to clean & tidy up the house🧹
Yesterday, after eating dinner, David, my niece Nana, and I went for a drive🚙
When I asked, "Where do you want to go for a drive?" Nana immediately replied, "The beach"😆
It seems David was also thinking of taking her to the beach, so she was overjoyed.

The "beach houses" lined up along the coast can actually be bought🏠

Though I heard they cost several million yen😂

My niece looked satisfied after being taken to the beach just as she had hoped🤭
After this, we wandered around an arcade in town🎰
We didn't get back home until nearly midnight💦
Everyone was fast asleep😴
We slept until past 8:00 AM🛏️
Talib, in his clingy mode, was rolling around on the carpet🐈

He instinctively looked at the camera📸

Breakfast was honey-flavored oat crunch🍯

I added plenty of the blackberries and apples we harvested yesterday too🍎

After this, we started cleaning the house🧹
David's pillow had a terrible stain, so we decided to get rid of it.

Both sides were discolored to a shocking shade😓

There's no way our luck will improve with this😅
After Nana vacuumed, she wiped all the windows until they were sparkling clean 🪟
Lunchtime around 2:00 PM 🕑

Eating regular, non-gluten-free pasta (with prosciutto) for the first time in a while 🍝

Topped with plenty of Parmigiano cheese 🧀
After this, we had a tea time with matcha oat cookies and pesticide-free green tea 🍵
Around 4:00 PM, we started tidying up the summer house.
Before

Nana tidied it up so efficiently...

It was clean in no time ✨

David was also overjoyed 🥰
Now we can relax inside the summer house, and we can invite friends over to relax too 🍀
So, David is in a great mood 🤭
Dinner was "Chicken Kyiv"

Chicken Kiev is a chicken cutlet in the style of Kiev.
According to Wikipedia, it has its origins in traditional Ukrainian cuisine, and the dish is named after the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, but its exact place of origin is unclear. The cooking method is actually very similar to French chicken cutlets.

I sprinkled plenty of Himalayan crystal rock salt on David's french fries 🧂
The side of steamed vegetables was carrots and green beans 🥕
I served boiled potatoes instead of french fries for my niece.
I had a healthy dinner of smoked mackerel, natto, and miso soup😆
My husband and I are so happy that Nana came over to help us tidy up the house and the summer house.
As expected of someone who works in hotel housekeeping, my niece is incredibly good at cleaning and tidying up👏
David also seems very happy that Nana and I were able to get some cleaning done✨
This is sure to bring us some good luck🤣
