Concept (Light on spoilers)
The setting is an alleyway where neon lights bleed into the rain.

An aging former special forces soldier with poor eyesight and a frail body senses danger "before it happens," intervenes, and moves to protect a stranger.

I structured it to create an emotional arc within a short timeframe: he neutralizes his opponent with quiet precision, but pays the price by collapsing afterward.

Key points in production
Showing the character's personality (the old soldier's fatigue, hesitation, and resolve) through gestures and timing rather than "explanation."

Contrasting the action with "a sense of reality that ends in an instant" and "the silence that follows," rather than focusing on flashiness.

Designing the visuals so that the world-building stands out even in a short runtime, using the density of rain, neon, and the narrow alleyway.
