Aoi's Self-Introduction & Site Map
I am Aoi, an apparel customer service advisor.
To those meeting me for the first time, and
to those who already know me,
I hope this article helps you get to know me a little better.
I have hesitated for a long time to write about myself, but...
Today is my birthday. Since it is such a commemorative day...?
I decided to face myself completely.
Please, take a look.
Who is Aoi?
17 years dedicated to apparel
Experienced as a sales associate, store manager, customer service trainer, and area manager.
I love selling.
A working mother who is bad at housework but loves her job
A family of four: a husband who is more domestic than me, a tsundere eldest son, and an intense second son
Words my mother told me long ago that I cherish.
“Even if you can't do things skillfully, the ability to make an effort is a talent.”
I am Aoi, who is super clumsy, but now I believe that is my “strength.”
What Aoi wants to do
I want to increase the number of “sales associates chosen by customers.” I want to increase them.
Not just selling, but
“I want to see you,” “I want you to choose for me,”
by becoming a sales associate chosen by customers, “I want you to like yourself too.” That is what I hope for.
Aoi's Note is recommended for people like this.
・People who want to achieve better results in customer service/sales than they do now.
・People who want to work hard at customer service/sales but don't know how to go about it.
・People who feel anxious about continuing in the apparel industry.
・Store managers and leaders involved in store operations and customer service guidance.
For 17 years,
I have read hundreds of books on customer service and sales...
I have attended over 20 customer service seminars alone...
and I have spent a lot of time and effort working recklessly without knowing the right way to work hard.
Honestly, some of it was useful in real-world situations, while some of it wasn't very applicable...
Using this experience, which cost me both time and money as I took the long way around,
I want to write on Note about how to work hard in a way that leads to results, and share information that even my past self would have wanted.
For everyone involved in customer service and sales,
・Oh, I totally get that!!
・I want to try doing this!
I aim to provide content that makes you think, that is realistic and only understandable because I am an active salesperson.
Through this Note,
I hope not only for your growth as a salesperson, but also that your life becomes richer.
