Antioxidant Bliss Oats Packed with Berries

Hi, it's Anna.
Days are busy, and mornings fly by in no time...
For those like you, I’d like to introduce a healthy dish.
The great things about this oatmeal recipe are:

  • Fiber and fermented foods help regulate from the inside

  • High satisfaction

  • Efficiently get necessary nutrients in one serving

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Oats: 2 scoops with protein spoon (about 60g)

  • Barley Max: 1/2 scoop with protein spoon (about 15g)

  • Soy milk yogurt (unsweetened recommended): 200ml

  • Banana: 1/2 (thinly sliced or bite-sized pieces)

  • Kiwi: 1/2 (thinly sliced or diced)

  • Frozen blueberries: 80–100g

  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp (about 5g)

  • Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp

  • Maca powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tsp

  • Oligosaccharides: 1 tsp (adjust 0–2 tsp to taste)

  • Pumpkin seeds: 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp (5–15g, for topping)

  • Roasted walnuts: 5–8 pieces (about 10–15g, roughly chopped)

  • Almonds: 5–8 pieces (about 10–15g; store-bought sliced almonds recommended for light texture and easy mixing)

How to Make (Easy 5–10 min + resting time)

  1. In a large bowl, add oats, Barley Max, and chia seeds, then mix well with 200ml soy milk yogurt.
→ Let sit 5–10 minutes to absorb (key for chewy texture; for overnight oats, refrigerate here). You can mix in all frozen blueberries at this stage—frozen gives a beautiful marbled purple as they thaw.

  2. Add cinnamon, maca powder, unsweetened cocoa, and oligosaccharides; mix until smooth.

  3. Slice or dice banana and kiwi, then add here (leaving banana in pieces instead of mashing keeps fresh texture).
If you didn’t add blueberries in step 1, top or mix them in now.

  4. Finish by scattering pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped roasted walnuts, and sliced almonds.
→ Topping nuts preserves aroma and crunch. If you prefer mixed in, stir lightly after step 2.

Optional Tips

  • Early frozen blueberries: Mixing in step 1 creates a subtle purple tint—great visuals. Use frozen to prevent over-thawing.

  • Sliced almonds recommended: Store-bought sliced (unsalted/roasted) are easiest, light, and blend well.

  • Overnight style: Do up to step 1, refrigerate 6–8 hours. Add fruits & nuts in the morning for quick prep.

  • Sweetness: Banana + blueberries are naturally sweet—taste and adjust oligosaccharides.

  • Storage: Best eaten fresh; keep refrigerated up to 1 day. Add nuts just before eating to avoid sogginess.
