Meditation to Connect with Myself
I started meditating around the end of March this year.
I continued practicing Vipassana meditation 🧘♀️ while studying it through books, and now I am able to practice my own way of meditation without being attached to the Vipassana method.
The meditation I do is
to empty my mind and connect with my center.
Connecting with my center means connecting with my core, my true self, and my essence. Since I started meditating to connect with this place, my daily life has changed.
⚫︎ My emotional fluctuations have almost disappeared, and my feelings have become stable. Irritation, anxiety, and the need for approval have vanished, leading to calm and quiet days. I am no longer caught up in emotions or thoughts at all. Both my thoughts and emotions are quiet and peaceful. I am now able to watch funny 🤣 programs on TV while laughing louder than ever before. I feel that I have become able to purely and fully enjoy the things I find fun.
I used to be prone to adrenaline dominance, but now I am becoming serotonin-dominant. I think my excessive tension has decreased, I have relaxed, and my stress has lessened. By becoming able to objectively view the state where adrenaline becomes dominant, when it feels like it might run wild, I can ask myself, 'What do I want to do next?', and it no longer runs wild.
⚫︎ I have always had strong concentration, so I often used to get absorbed in one thing for hours, but that intensity has faded. Now, I am able to balance things well by concentrating for about an hour and then doing something else, all while observing myself objectively.
⚫︎ I stopped doing things I didn't want to do, and the things I thought I had to do, as well as those roles, are now happily being taken on by the people around me. I have become able to hand over those roles to those around me. By becoming this way, I have truly been able to enjoy freedom.
⚫︎ I used to have significant autonomic nervous system imbalances, but they have stabilized, I can sleep well, and my body is in excellent condition. ⚫︎ I used to be easily influenced by the outside world, so I didn't really like going out for things like shopping, visiting nature, or meeting people. I also have a constitution that easily gets 'people-sick'.
Even when going out to shop nearby or to have lunch with people, I often had headaches, got stomach aches, felt dizzy, and sometimes felt my consciousness fading to the point where I felt like my soul was leaving my body. Also, when talking to people or as soon as I arrived at a place, I would constantly have the sensation of dust in my eyes making them feel gritty, and eventually, my eyes would become tired and I would find myself unable to keep them open, which happened on a daily basis.
Meeting people and going out were high-risk and difficult for me.
This is partly due to the influence of being a shaman, or the influence of 'darkness gathering' through purification as a lightworker, but it was not just that; it was also the pain of being sensitive and delicate, such as having sensory processing sensitivity and frequency sensitivity. I also felt the thoughts (emotions and thoughts) of others, and I was often confused, not knowing if the current feelings or physical discomfort were actually mine or someone else's right in front of me. These symptoms have disappeared the more I create time to connect with my center, 'my middle'. By being conscious of connecting to myself, I no longer need to direct my consciousness outward, and I have become able to be myself.
Now, no matter where I go, the pain no longer appears. Above all, my eyes no longer feel gritty or tired, and since I can keep them open, I have become able to drive home normally.
Also, when I was heavily influenced by the outside world and my symptoms were severe, I couldn't prepare dinner at all after returning home. I would be so tired that I could only manage to take a bath, have a light meal, and go to sleep. Therefore, my days were spent choosing between preparing food in advance the day before going out, having my husband make it, or buying takeout. However, now, even if I return home in the evening, I can prepare a meal if it's a simple menu. Not only that, but I have also become able to enjoy preparing meals after returning home.
I have been liberated from suffering. By experiencing both, I have come to understand how much people direct their consciousness outward and are influenced by it, and how much people are not being their true selves.
By connecting with 'my middle', I have become able to live much more easily than before.
I understand well that when my consciousness is directed outward, I am seeking something outside, having desires to satisfy myself through the outside world, and when something happens, I would blame the outside world and not face myself.
When I continue to connect with 'my middle' and satisfy myself, desires no longer arise, and before I knew it, I was naturally taking care of myself, results that satisfy me would just fall into my lap, and I no longer have to go out of my way to think before taking action; my days have become fulfilling.
I am grateful for the joy of living in this very moment, and feelings of compassion and respect for myself have emerged; I have come to believe that if I have those feelings, that is happiness enough.
And as I cleared my mind even further
and practiced meditation to connect with "my center,"
a desire to connect more deeply with the Earth began to sprout,
and while studying "ethical living,"
I came to want to continue this journey.
Ethical living is
a lifestyle of enjoying compassion
for people, communities, and the Earth through our daily lives.
There are people around me
who have started meditating.
When they try to clear their minds,
distracting thoughts immediately enter, making it difficult,
and they find that meditation actually makes them tired.
They tell me that the sensation of connecting
to my center is hard to grasp.
Hearing about their experiences,
I understand well that meditation to connect with oneself
is difficult to do alone.
I myself am in no position to act superior.
Connecting with "my center" and with myself
is not something where everything is solved just by connecting;
there are stages to the process of connecting.
There are times when connecting alone
is difficult, and
there are aspects of moving forward beyond that connection
that are impossible to achieve alone.
I have come to understand the act of connecting through sensation,
and by connecting, I have been able to meet a new version of myself,
and by connecting,
miracles have also started to happen, but it seems there is still more beyond that.
I want to reach that point beyond.
I want to meet the unknown version of myself that I don't know yet.
I want to go through the stages and, at my own pace,
enter deeply into the realm of nothingness,
so
I am thinking of participating in the Rainbowgat meditation session.
It is the "Transcendence into Nothingness" meditation session.Meditation is an effective means to cultivate the power to observe oneself objectively and to deepen internal dialogue. It is also a very meaningful way to experience the essence of the self, freed from attachments and fixations, and to cherish the time spent connecting with everything.
This meditation session
provides energy support to make it easier to connect
with "my center."
And it is a meditation session that also provides energy support
to help you enter deeply into the realm of nothingness
and connect more with your true self.
The date is June 25, 2025 (Wednesday).
The time is from 8:00 PM, so
you can participate even after returning home from work.
It is a fully remote session via Microsoft Teams.
You can participate from a room in your home where you can meditate.
For those who want to align more and more with their true selves
and live as their true selves,
why not join me?
