About &ante LLC
&ante is a limited liability company established in December 2022.
&ante is a company that expands the potential of people and organizations together through dialogue.
This is the phrase we use when introducing our company in a nutshell.
It embodies our desire to carefully engage with how people and organizations exist, and to create as many environments as possible where everyone who works can do so with a richer and healthier mindset.
There is a musical tempo marking called "Andante," which means "at a walking pace" in Italian.
We want to connect with people and society while cherishing each person's own walking pace, which is why we named ourselves "&ante."
Our business mainly provides organizational and human resource development, courses, counseling, and coaching.
What is the Spring Relay Post Festival: Connecting Through Questions?
It is an initiative to share learning by having someone post a note every day for 31 days from March 1st to March 31st, 2025.
At &ante, we have continued to create various places for learning, and through the experience of outputting, we decided to launch this project to try:
1. Deepening the richness of each individual's learning by deepening their "questions"
2. A co-creation experience that expands horizontal connections among peers who can build together and support each other
we decided to launch this project.
Starting 3/1, the "My Questions" of 31 wonderful people with various positions, jobs, and backgrounds will be posted. Please check and follow the "My Questions" magazine below and look forward to it!
