Digging a well includes the process of turning what is inside you into water that others can use.

Reality changes when you bring that water to the surface.

In other words, inner exploration alone is not enough.

This is survival consciousness.
It is not a bad thing.

Everyone, at first, lives supported by outside water.

But when the river thins, you become anxious.
When people increase at the water source, you panic.

If someone stops the water, your way of living itself wavers.
Next, you move to well consciousness.
"There must be something inside me."

"Let's dig inside, not outside."

"Doesn't this pain have meaning?"
"Isn't there something only I can see?"
This is the seeker's stage.
It is a very important stage.

However, if you stay here too long, you become an inner-self geek.

You can say deep things.

But reality does not change.

You have realizations.
But your life does not get organized.
You feel the universe.
But you cannot pay the bills.
You can talk about love.
But boundaries collapse in human relationships.
Therefore, what is needed next is pump consciousness.
"Turn what you dug inside into a form that can be used outside."

"While knowing oneness, take responsibility in reality."

"Convert your talent into a format that is useful to others."
"Channel life force while maintaining boundaries."
This is the integration stage.
Maturity is not just about becoming kind.

It is not about self-sacrifice.

It is not about melting into someone else.
Maturity is becoming able to let deep water flow through the vessel that is you without muddying it.

"If you dig a well, you will naturally earn money" is only half true

Here, there is a point that requires considerable caution.

"If you dig your own well, you will become wealthy."

"Since money is life energy, if you deepen yourself, it will flow in."

"If you awaken to your talent, you will naturally earn money."
Expressions like these are half true.
But half is dangerous.

This is because there are conditions for value exchange in reality.

Demand from others.

Pricing.

Trust.
Continuity.
Quality improvement.
A conduit to deliver it.
A sense of contract.
Boundaries.
The existence of the person receiving it.
Without these, no matter how deep your inner self is, value exchange is unlikely to occur.
Therefore, to be precise,

It is not that you can earn money if you have talent.

Value exchange occurs when talent becomes a format that reaches others.

If you miss this, it becomes fluffy spirituality.
"I am connected to something deep."

"I am digging a special well."

"People competing on the outside are still shallow."
The moment this happens, oneness turns into separation.
Originally, oneness is not a philosophy that creates hierarchy.

There are people who live by the river.

There are people who dig wells.

There are people who are not yet ready to dig.
There are people who return to the river for a while.
It is not a question of which is superior.
What is important is to quietly observe where you are now and what you will do next.

The critical point where life changes is here.

"Who am I?"

This question is important.

But if you stay in this question forever, reality is hard to move.

From a certain point, you need to change the question.

Not "Who am I?" but

"Through what do I bring out the water?"

Is it writing?

Is it trading?

Is it education?

Is it cooking?
Is it body care?
Is it art?
Is it product design?
Is it listening to people?
Is it structuring?
Is it preparing the space?
The moment the depth of the inner self exceeds a certain value and it is connected to an output device on the reality side, life moves from inner completion to value circulation.
Digging a well is not enough.
Install a pump.

Bring the water to the surface.

Make it into a form that someone can drink.
Only by doing that much does it become reality.
