I went on a trip to Thailand and Malaysia

Unable to suppress the urge to go on a wandering journey, I headed to Thailand via AirAsia.

My goal is a 'nomadic' style of travel.

While staying in one place for a long time is nice, this time I have a strong desire for a nomadic trip, so I will travel from Thailand to Malaysia by train. Also, I will go to Borneo.

It is a light trip with just one backpack.

Travel Route

1. Narita to Bangkok (AirAsia)

2. Bangkok to Hat Yai (AirAsia)

3. Hat Yai to Padang Besar (Thai Railways)

4. Padang Besar to Ipoh (Malaysian Railways)

5. Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysian Railways)

6. Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia Airlines)

7. Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia Airlines)

8. Kuala Lumpur to Narita (JAL)

That is the route. It might be hard to see, but the blue lines are flights (international), orange is flights (domestic), and green is the railway.

I booked all the flight and train tickets myself.

I encountered some unexpected trouble, but it was fun. Now that I have returned safely to Japan, I plan to write a report on my trip.
