「新しいイベントを立ち上げました。」は "We've launched a new event." としました。
「主催でイベントをやるのは10年ぶりぐらいかも？」は、文脈から「私が主催で」と解釈し "It might be about 10 years since I last organized an event." としました。「〜かもしれない」というニュアンスを "might be" で表現しました。
「楽しいイベントにするぞ！」は、意気込みを表す表現として "I'm going to make it a fun one!" としました。
