Signs of Hair Loss
Even though I talk to my clients every day
about their scalps and their hair,
and even though I pursue the causes,
around November,
I went through a period where I had
a massive increase in my own hair loss.
I have always had
thin and sparse hair,
so I am always careful about that,
but it felt like the first time I had ever lost this much hair,
and I was truly scared every day.
It fell out while I was shampooing,
it clogged my shampoo brush and the drain
much faster than usual,
a lot of hair fell into the sink when I dried it,
and it even fell out while I was using the hair dryer.
I realized firsthand
what it feels like to be scared
when my clients say they are really losing hair.
I went to a hair salon for a head spa
and consulted with the hairstylists
a lot, too!
But I rarely got a definitive answer,
and any countermeasures
remained somewhat vague.
I know that because it is hair,
it does not show results immediately,
so I understand why they cannot say anything for sure.
However,
I thought that,
well, that really makes you feel anxious, doesn't it?
Because I was truly anxious at that time.
I
love my hair (lol), I really do,
and it was my daily routine to spend every day
with hair that was truly beautiful.
In that one month or so, I intensely
realized my hair had become thinner,
and I knew it was dry and lacked vitality.
It lost its volume,
and I could no longer style it nicely.
I was truly shocked,
so I started scalp care in earnest!!!
I had been doing enough until now,
but that was because I was satisfied with my hair.
However, this time
I am seriously treating it like a real emergency (lol)
Collagen beauty serum shampoo
Hydrave
Ittanagio
Hair follicle stem cell serum
Secret lotion
I am applying this to my scalp every day!!!
And,
as for supplements,
I have also started taking zinc
I was already taking other supplements, but
I added this one starting now
Also,
since I had been a little sleep-deprived for a while
Getting proper sleep
Giving my mind a rest
I was more conscious of these things than usual, too
It might not seem related,
but it is actually very much related
Being able to properly and sensitively look at your own inner self
Then,
recently, about two months later
The firmness of my hair has finally returned,
and the amount of hair loss has decreased dramatically
It will still take time
for it to grow out,
but for now, I am relieved that the hair loss has decreased
The reason I was able to notice these changes in myself
is because I check things very carefully on a daily basis
Was it because I went diving in the ocean a little while ago?
Was it because of sleep deprivation?
Or was it due to the regression phase of the hair growth cycle?
I don't know,
but when something happens,
noticing it!!!!
This is the most important thing!!
And,
if you really want to keep your hair beautiful and full
You really need to take care of it seriously!
It is important to cherish it!!
Doing it only occasionally
honestly won't make your hair grow back right away.
I would love to say, "It'll be fine~," but
that is the honest answer.
Doing it occasionally
only slows down the worsening process.
Once your hair starts falling out or you notice some changes,
when you want to get it back to how it was,
it takes "years" of time.
That is exactly why
if you want to head in a better direction
as quickly as possible right now,
if you are truly seriously concerned about it,
after all,
salon care and your own personal care
working together as a team
is the way I believe you will feel the maximum effect.
This time, I
was able to experience it firsthand once again,
and I think I had a really great realization.
After all, I believe I can only convey things to customers
by experiencing them myself!
I will continue
to observe my own hair!!!
