For those staying at home
During this time, if you have a persistent fever and are not feeling well, you may be worried that it could be COVID-19.
Some people have called both public health centers and hospitals but were unable to go anywhere. There are also those who are growing increasingly anxious while waiting at home without being able to reach anyone.
I would like to "re-summarize" some resources that might help such people feel a little more at ease while monitoring their condition.
First, this illustration supervised by internal medicine physician Dr. Mari Urabe is very easy to understand. (Created by Mariko Nishimura of Heart Catch, Mito Kugue of Musashino Art University Graduate School, and Satoko Kono of ARUN)

If you are considering taking the medication shown in the illustration, please be sure to read the details in the following note.

If your condition does not improve and you are worried, the LINE chatbot COVID-19 Personal Support also coordinates with each prefecture. This is for Tokyo, but there are others for other prefectures.
Also, as of recently, online medical consultations are now available from the initial visit. A list of participating medical institutions has been released! (Updated 4/25)Here
and the version mapped onto Google Maps is here

Guidelines should be checked, and if they apply to you, contacting a consultation desk is also necessary. (↑ For those with underlying conditions or the elderly, please do so early rather than just waiting.)
Do not panic if you cannot get through.
First, as shown in Dr. Mari's illustration, try to rest and stay hydrated.
If you want to know about changes in your physical condition, please also check here. (I am discussing this on Facebook)
Do not blame yourself for getting sick; anyone can easily catch this.
You can find places where you can actually receive online medical consultations here. (As mentioned above, the number of places offering this is expanding rapidly. Even for places that did not offer it before, it may be worth checking.)
