I made a bento again today!
Also, since it's supposed to get suddenly hot today, I made an onigiri🍙 so he can at least get something in his stomach, even though he doesn't usually eat in the morning.

Now, about Kiiro.
This is the little one I introduced in my family introduction before🕊️

This is Yuzu the budgie🫶

Apparently, it's difficult to determine the gender of a parakeet, and even my husband, who has been with him for many years, doesn't seem to know...

I have no experience raising parakeets, so I don't know anything either😂 lol

Have you ever seen videos of budgies telling old stories or mimicking comedians' routines?

I used to watch them often on Instagram, so I knew they could mimic human speech and talk, but lately, his talking has been amazing...

The reason is that since I moved in, I pushed his hobby (PC gaming) to another room, and moved the parakeets to the living room so the whole family could be together.

Because of that, he has more opportunities to hear human speech, so he mimics it every day and talks to himself all the time🤣💕

There are many things he says that I can't understand because he mumbles, but among the words I can make out, there are some funny ones (lol)

First one is.
"Ah, Kiiro is cute, so smart, so smart"

This is something my husband mainly says (lol)
I call him by his proper name, but for some reason, even though my husband gave him his name, he calls him Kiiro😫

And I don't think I've ever used the word 'smart'...
Since no one else praises me, maybe I'm just boosting my own mood by singing my own praises.
I think I'll try imitating that too! lol

The second one is.
“Oh my, you peed! Good job!”

This is definitely me, I'm well aware (lol).
He must have heard me praising Hana-san like a kindergarten teacher whenever she manages to pee in the toilet.
He seems to have gotten completely hooked on that phrase and keeps repeating it (*´︶`*) lol

And the third one is.
“Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha🤣”

It's not even words anymore, it's just my own laughter 🤣

It's cute that he imitates me, but...
How should I put it,it feels like he's teasing me😂 lol

Listening to it objectively, I think to myself what an unladylike and bold way of laughing it is, and I'd like to improve it, but it's already too late...

Because the thing Yuzu-san is most hooked on is imitating my laugh 😭💦

I keep telling him to laugh a little more cutely, but it's probably pointless. I'll just give up and listen to it as something funny 🤣

This is my first time keeping a parakeet, but watching them is so interesting.
Yuzu-san is a bird, yet he's bad at flying, and that's another thing I find endearing 😂

Today, I'm heading to the police station again to apply for a garage certificate 🚗³₃
