俺たちの介護日記Re-start (日本語と英語)

2026年1月31日

この前新年を祝ったと思ったらもうひと月過ぎちゃいました。
日本列島の太平洋側は降水量が極端に少ない状況だとか。
これだけ科学技術が発達しても、生活用水は自然の降雨に頼らなければなりません。

さて、今日は午後2時頃に特養に行きました。

面会手続きをして程なく、尊属がやって来ました。
スウェットパジャマを着ていた為か、暖房が効いているのに寒さを訴えていました。
なので、保湿ローションは脚だけに塗りました。
その後、マッサージとストレッチも行ないました。
膝はまずまずの伸びでした。
何とか引き歩きが出来るまで持っていければ。

明日は午前１０時に面会に行きます。

I feel like we just celebrated the New Year, but one month has already passed.
I heard that the Pacific side of Japan has had extremely little rainfall.
No matter how advanced science and technology become, we still have to rely on natural rainfall for our daily water.

Now, today I went to the nursing home around 2 p.m.

Soon after I finished the visiting procedure, my parent came to see me.
Maybe because she was wearing a sweat pajama set, she said she felt cold even though the heating was on.
So, I applied moisturizing lotion only to her legs.
After that, I gave her a massage and did some stretching with her.
Her knees stretched fairly well.
I hope I can help her walk with support again somehow.

Tomorrow, I will visit her at 10 p.m.
