Message for April 14th

"The 'mentor' for you might be right there"

"There is no one who recognizes me"
"I am not blessed with opportunities"

Have you ever felt that way?

The message for this day teaches us that, in fact, that
"trigger" might already be
close to you.

What kind of existence is a mentor?

"Hakuraku" (mentor) is a term that originally comes from the name of a person who identified the talent of horses and introduced famous horses to the world
.

From there, it has come to be used to mean
"a person who identifies and draws out a person's talent"
.

We tend to think that such a person is someone special who is far away.
However, in reality, it is not uncommon for someone right beside you, such as a boss, senior, friend, or family member, to be playing that role.

However, there are times when you cannot notice their presence.

This is because messages from a mentor are not necessarily delivered only in "gentle words".

・Harsh criticism ・Painful advice ・Requests for demanding work

They may appear in these forms, and you might even feel that they are "unpleasant people".
However, in some cases, they contain the desire to "help you grow".

The mindset to receive opportunities

What is importantis not just meeting a mentor, but
the mindset of the person receiving the guidance.

・Learn with an open mind
・Complete assigned tasks with care
・Try accepting advice once

Building up these habits
will, as a result,expand your luck and opportunities.

Today's realization

Before lamenting that "I don't have a mentor,"

・Are you properly accepting the words of others?
・Are you cherishing the opportunities given to you?

Taking a moment to reflect might be important.

Perhaps,
already, someone by your side has noticed your potential and is

quietly giving you a push.

When you notice that presence,
