🌸【Alford50's Connection Log】🌸 165
I would like to introduce five people with whom I have formed connections on note.
1. Yoshi-san
Drawing on his experiences and setbacks in corporate softball, he is now a personal trainer who supports people's minds and bodies.
He carefully conveys the importance of the "power of the heart" that he discovered amidst adversity.
He is a presence who gently teaches the preciousness of believing in oneself.
Every time I read his work, I feel encouraged to stand tall and find the courage to look forward.

2. Yasushi Ishizuka-san
He has a quiet and sincere gaze that re-examines the "town where he lives."
He carefully unearths the charms and challenges of the region that often go unnoticed in daily life.
Though not flashy, his passion is straightforward.
The more I read, the more I am made to think, "What can I do?"

3. Yoko Ito | A note on a flexible way of life that begins with self-acceptance
Moving beyond an era of self-denial toward a way of life that embraces oneself as one is.
Her words, shared through art, reading, and knitting, are somehow warm and gentle.
Her posts, which feel like a supportive embrace saying "it's okay to be yourself," are truly charming.
A note that gently stays by your side when you want to soothe your heart.

4. Ryoji Taira-san
A writer who captures the mysteries and absurdities hidden in everyday life as stories.
From blogs to novels, the breadth of his expression shines through.
Whether it makes you chuckle or catches you by surprise.
I am drawn in by his perspective that scoops up the subtleties of emotion.

5. Ginga Taiga-san
A guide full of intellectual curiosity who invites you into the mysteries of history.
The phrase "Let's solve it together" is very memorable.
His storytelling turns even seemingly difficult themes into something exciting.
He reminds me once again of the joy of learning.
