暖かくサム・アルトマン氏を迎えるヨーロッパ
ChatGPTが2022年11月30日にリリースされた時、ヨーロッパの反応はすさまじい拒絶感を示し、もろ手を挙げて賞賛していた日本人は唖然としたものですが、今やサム・アルトマン氏がヨーロッパの各地で暖かく受け入れられている様子がtwitter上で見られます。
アメリカとヨーロッパなど西側諸国のが慎重になった理由
この様なChatGPTの特性から強い懸念がしめされました。
フォローアップの質問に答えたり、間違いを認めたり、前提を挑戦したり、不適切なリクエストを拒否したりすることができます。しかし、情報を作り上げる傾向があり、完全な修正には至っていません。この問題はGPT-4でも解決されないと予想されています。ただし、ChatGPTは自身が話している内容を認識することができる特徴もあります。
特定の質問に対する正確な回答を出すために複数回の試みが必要な場合があります。また、ユーザーが最初に不正確な回答や誤解された質問を見つける必要があるため、大規模言語モデルの出力に疑問を持つことが有効な反応に対抗する方法とされています。
今ヨーロッパを回遊中のサム・アルトマン氏のTwitterでの様子を見るとそしてChatGPTを実際に使いこなしていくうちに疑念が貼れていったのか理解が進んでいる様子がうかがます。
