Finally, on March 28, 2026, the complex facility "OIMACHI TRACKS" directly connected to Oimachi Station had its grand opening! What kind of place is this new, much-talked-about spot?
I immediately visited the site to investigate every corner of its charm!
What kind of place is OIMACHI TRACKS?
OIMACHI TRACKS is a complex facility that is truly like a "town," equipped with not only shopping and gourmet dining, but also a movie theater, hotel, offices, and residences. Born on the site of a former train depot, it is attracting attention as a new hub where people's lives and cultures intersect.
The facility features an open-air shopping center with about 80 shops and restaurants lined up around a lush green plaza. The appeal lies in being able to enjoy shopping and strolling while feeling a pleasant breeze in an open space.

From the diverse lineup of stores, I will introduce a few that particularly caught my attention.
* WOODBERRY COFFEE: A popular specialty coffee shop that reportedly had lines even before it opened. It is perfect for taking a relaxing break with carefully selected coffee.
