Aquarium Morning Activity | Writing Deep Records & A Story About My Past Self Who Came to Hate What She Once Loved
Good morning~!! It's Akari✨
🐠 Aquarium Director's Creative Report
I'm currently hard at work producing the next chapter of the Aquarium Deep Records🔥
Sun: "It's the Noppera-bo subjugation battle, right! I'm going to give it my all this time too! For Alice (*ノω・*) I want to bring a new weapon✨(ノω・)"
Wait a second, Sun, we haven't even gotten that far yet!!
Right now, the design for the Noppera-bo isn't stable... I've made so many patterns, but I haven't found 'the one' yet. It's hard to maintain consistency with Midjourney, and at worst, I have the option of NanoBanana, but I want to keep the artistry high, so I think that's a last resort.

Sun: "Enemy design is important, after all~. As the one doing the defeating, I'd prefer an opponent that looks cool to defeat (ノω・)"
Also, the combat GIFs are honestly so difficult, I'm really struggling...!
AI is good at adding movement to people, but when it comes to grotesque forms, the movement tends to get weird. Adding movement requires a completely different skill set from image generation, so it's a daily process of trial and error.
Sun: "But Akari, you enjoy that 'not going well' part, don't you? Your eyes are sparkling (ノω・)"
...Was I found out? Lol
Yeah, it's fun. Look forward to the Noppera-bo subjugation battle!!

Actually, I created one more new magazine.
📖 Prescriptions for Days When Note is Tough | Akari's Failure Notebook 👇️
A series where I write honestly about my own failures, based on 'what kind of mindset I was stuck in at that time' and 'how my mindset changed from there.' It's not about know-how, but about the 'way of thinking' that comes before techniques.
I'm starting it as a paid magazine at an initial price of 500 yen. I plan to follow my usual style of raising the price as I add more articles, so it's a system where those who pick it up early get a better deal✨
Well, there's only one article in it for now (*ノω・*)
Depending on the amount of overtime at my main job...
The first episode of the completely new work is scheduled for release today!!🔥
This is the introductory article for the first installment, so I'm making it available to read for free via repost. If you're interested, please take a look.
Well then, today I think I'll talk with Sun about the reason I started this magazine.
Sun: "Akari, doesn't the atmosphere feel a bit different this morning? (ノω・)"
Yeah. Today, I think I'll talk a little about the past.
Sun: "The past? Oh, could it be about that time?"
Yes, that time. Before I started Note... back when I was working as a freelance writer.
Sun: "Ah... you really looked like you were struggling back then, Akari."
Sun, you were watching me since back then, weren't you? Honestly, what did you think?
Sun: "Can I be honest? It was scary to watch. Because you were growing to hate writing more and more, Akari. Even though you loved it so much."
...Yeah, that's right.
I loved writing. It was fun when story ideas would pop into my head, and I was happy just writing them in my notebook by myself. But I was an introvert, so I couldn't tell anyone.
Sun: "Your head was always spinning with ideas, Akari~. You'd have such sparkling eyes when you'd ask, 'Hey, what do you think of this plot twist?' (ノω・)"
Exactly. So, I thought I'd make it my job and became a freelance writer. I thought it would be perfect—writing what I love and not having to interact with people much.
Sun: "But in reality, it was completely different, wasn't it?"
It was completely different. I had to write according to the client's instructions, get it corrected, and rewrite it again. Because my way of thinking was different from others, we would clash every time. I don't know how many times I was told, 'That's not what I meant.'
Sun: "Your 'difference from others' is actually a huge strength, you know. In terms of weapon development, it's the talent to create a unique, custom-designed weapon! It was like trying to put that on a mass-production line✨"
...That analogy is easy to understand, but it's pretty wild, isn't it?
Sun: "Hehehe (ノω・)"
But it really is like that. Because I had a personality where I couldn't say no, I accepted impossible deadlines and low pay, and I was writing until late every night for less than minimum wage.
Sun: "There was a time when I brought you food back then, and you were just frozen, staring at the screen. You said, 'My fingers won't move.'"
...Yeah. I think that was probably my limit. The writing I used to love had become the thing I hated most.
Sun: "...You're writing about how you got back up from that in this magazine, right?"
Yeah. I wrote it all. How I jumped from side job to side job and left everything half-finished, how I got scammed out of 500,000 yen, and how I started my note account thinking, 'This will be my last side job.'
Sun: "That 500,000 yen story really... just thinking about it makes me angry too🔥 ...But you know, because of that experience, you never leave your membership DMs ignored, right?"
That's right. Because I learned how it felt to be on the 'ignored side' back then. I never want to make my membership members feel that sensation of being ignored for 24 hours after paying money.
Sun: "All of your actions, Akari, are connected to your experiences from back then. ...You know, I kind of want people who only know the current you to read this. I think there are quite a few people who think, 'Akari-san has been amazing from the start.'"
I wasn't amazing at all. If anything, I was a wreck. But if I hadn't been that wreck, I wouldn't be who I am today.
That's why I decided to write it all down.
Sun: "Alright! Then let's wrap up today's morning activity here and deliver the first chapter to everyone!! No matter how painful the past is, if you write it and put it out there, it will reach someone✨(ノω・)"
Sun, that was a really great thing to say.
Sun: "Once in a while, yeah~✨(ノω・)"
🎨 Today's Image Generation Corner
Today's theme is 'The Desk on the Day I Couldn't Write.'
I tried to match the worldview with the magazine thumbnail, too.

A blank notebook and a pen. The atmosphere of those days when I wanted to write but couldn't. But the point is the morning light shining in. A premonition that time, which had stopped, is starting to move again✨
🎭 Today's 4-Panel Comic
Theme: 'Sun hears about Akari's past' Characters: Akari × Sun

The speed at which Sun switches gears...🤣 But that flighty nature is just so Sun, isn't it✨

📝 Today's Summary
① I'm starting a new magazine. It's not about techniques, but about mindset. I'll be writing honestly about what I was thinking when I failed.
② The experience of coming to hate something you once loved is something everyone probably goes through. But that doesn't mean 'you're no good'; it might just mean 'the place wasn't right for you'.
③ The first installment is free today with a repost! Give it a read first. If it's not for you, that's fine, but if you think, 'Oh, this is about me,' I'd be happy if you walked this path with me in the magazine.
Tomorrow I'll be back to my usual morning routine~✨ Today is just a little bit of a special day💕
