Tasting Report | Enjoying an Avocado Burger at Agri kitchen VEGEtoBULL
I visited Agri kitchen VEGEtoBULL in Kurume City.
It was a place I had been curious about for a while, and I was finally able to visit in person.
The interior is bright and clean, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming even for a first-time visitor.
I ordered the avocado burger, fries, and a cola.
The first thing that left an impression was the fragrance of the buns and the generous amount of lettuce. According to the staff, this lettuce is sourced from Sueyasu Farm.
And then, the star of the show: the avocado.
It was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the savory meat and cheese. It was rich yet not too heavy, and with every bite, I could feel the excellent balance of the ingredients.
The fries had a fluffy texture, and they were a satisfying accompaniment to the burger.
I was also impressed by the warm service, as they kindly offered me a refill on my cola and some extra cheese.
I was able to hear a little bit about Sueyasu Farm from the staff, and I felt like I got a glimpse not just into the food, but also into their philosophy on building the restaurant.
I learned that while the lettuce is sourced from Sueyasu Farm, the avocado and potatoes come from different suppliers. It is clear that they craft a single burger by combining high-quality ingredients from various sources.
I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but by actually visiting, eating, and talking with the staff, I was able to experience the charm of the restaurant firsthand.
This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants to eat a delicious burger, as well as those interested in local ingredients and agriculture.
Thank you for the meal.
