[#AI and Independent Research] What happens when I ask AI 100 of Mom's "What's up with this?" questions... (Part 1: Prologue)
Introduction
Summer vacation🌞🌞
When you spend more time with your kids, don't you feel like a flood of little questions washes over you throughout the day?🌊
"How can I decide on dinner in 3 minutes?"
"Can I stop siblings from fighting in 1 minute?"
"Is there any way to get rid of that damp smell on laundry?"
"How do you eat that vegetable I saw at the supermarket the other day?"
I'm sure I could find the answers if I searched on my phone.
But where in a mom's daily life is there time for that kind of searching?💦
That's when it suddenly hit me💡
"Wait, couldn't I just ask AI and get all the answers right away?!😮"
The theme for this independent research project
Titled—
"Throwing 100 of Mom's 'What's up with this?' questions at AI!"
🧩AI used: Google Gemini
🧩Number of questions: 100 (covering a wide range from daily life and parenting to health and trivia)
🧩Verification method:
Ask the question exactly as it is
Summarize the AI's answer
Rate the "usefulness" from ★ to ★★★★★ from a mom's perspective and add a comment
🧩Goal:
To find "truly useful ways to use AI"
Question Categories (Planned)
🌻Parenting Wisdom Edition(Dealing with sibling fights, tidying up, play ideas, etc.)
🌻Easy Housework Edition(Time-saving tips and tricks for cooking, cleaning, and laundry)
🌻Health & Life Wisdom Edition(Preventing summer fatigue, improving sleep, money-saving tips)
🌻Humor & Trivia Edition(Conversation starters, surprising bits of knowledge)
Experiment Rules
📎Honestly review even the lies or joke-like answers (lol)
📎Report on "what happened when I actually tried it"
📎Prioritize the realistic perspective of a mom (no pandering to AI)
Why am I doing this?
To be honest, I thought it would be a great opportunity to seriously use AI💡
I've used it lightly before, but "Is it really useful for daily life?" and "How accurate is it?" are still unknown.
And above all—
The fact that I can throw a question out and get an answer back immediately, this overwhelming sense of speed could be a savior for the job of being a mom🐣✨✨
