Why does AI trust those who "keep writing"? | Reasons from a GEO perspective

In the previous article, I wrote about
"the reason why only those who keep writing will remain in the AI era."

As a follow-up, this time I will break down
why AI finds it easier to trust "people who keep writing" using language that is as close to human intuition as possible.

Without rushing to a conclusion, I will prioritize making it feel intuitive, as in, "I see, that's how you look at it."

A premise to clarify first: AI is an "explainer," not an evaluator.

When talking about AI, we tend to see it as an "evaluating entity," but the actual role of AI search and generative AI is slightly different.

AI is fundamentally in the position of an

• "explainer"

• that organizes information

• and explains it clearly

on behalf of someone else.

In other words, AI is always looking at information from the perspective of, "Is it safe to use this information to explain things?"

Just by setting this premise, it becomes clear why "people who keep writing" have an advantage.

What is "trust" for AI?

Trust between humans is heavily influenced by emotions and relationships.

On the other hand, trust for AI is much more mechanical.

For AI, information that can be trusted is:

• information that doesn't suddenly veer off in strange directions,

• doesn't significantly contradict other information,

• and is easy to reuse as explanatory text.

It is this "highly safe information."

And this safety cannot be judged
solely by the perfection of a single article.

Why AI treats 'one-off good articles' with caution

No matter how careful
or how useful an article may be,

• if it is unknown what else that person writes

• if their stance or way of thinking cannot be discerned

• if it is unclear whether they are consistently publishing

In such a state,
AI will inevitably be cautious.

This is because AI is

always considering the risk of this.

A one-off article is treated similarly to
“a statement without visible background.”

The writing of someone who keeps writing can be read 'with background included'

On the other hand, in the case of someone who keeps writing:

• They write about the same theme repeatedly

• Even if the expression differs, what they say is consistent

• There are few extreme assertions

Such information
naturally accumulates behind the articles.

From the AI's perspective,

resulting in a state where the context itself can be understood.

This is what 'trust' means to an AI.

Changes I felt after writing about 3,000 articles myself (primary information)

I started on note in February 2024, and
to date, I have written about 3,000 articles.

Most of them are articles written together with AI.

To be honest,
in the beginning, I had no awareness of 'being trusted by AI'.

I was just...

• things I thought of

• things I learned by trying

• things that didn't go well

simply putting them into words.

However, a change occurred at a certain point.

• Structures close to my way of thinking are used in AI search summaries
  

• Being told, 'I saw this way of thinking in Atoka's articles'

• Being approached by companies and corporations saying,
  'I want to consult you about AI search optimization'

This is not
the feeling of a single article being evaluated.

'This person's way of thinking is
　unlikely to be far off even if used for explanation'

I feel this is the result of being judged that way.

Why do definitive statements decrease when you keep writing?

There is a certain characteristic in the writing of people who keep writing.

That is, the number of definitive statements decreases.

This is not because you have lost confidence.

• You know there are exceptions

• You understand that the answer changes depending on the situation

• You are no longer bound by a single correct answer

This state is
very easy for AI to handle.

This is because AI is
good at "conditional explanations."

The true nature of "continuity" from a GEO perspective

I will talk a little about GEO here.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is
a way of thinking that organizes information structuresso that AI can easily explain, summarize, and compare them.

People who keep writing
naturally, even without being conscious of it,

• the same theme

• from different angles

• verbalize many times

are doing.

This becomes
avery easy-to-reference bundle of informationfor AI.

That is why AI
tends to choose not the "best-written article,"
but the "easiest-to-handle writer."

You don't need to try to be trusted by AI

One important thing here.

There is no need to change how you write
in order to be trusted by AI.

Rather,

• Not pretending to be an expert

• Not chasing viral trends

• Not making strong, absolute claims

This kind of "human-like caution" is,
in the end, trusted by both AI and people.

Not being able to keep writing is not a matter of ability

"Maybe I really can't keep this up after all"

I think some people feel this way.

But that is not about ability.

In many cases, it is just that you are:

• Expecting too much from a single article

• Being too impatient for results

• Comparing yourself too much to others

that is all.

People who keep writing
are not looking at the distant future from the start.

"It's enough to get this far today"
They have simply repeated that many times.

Trust in the AI era is something very human

It is a strange story, but
as AI evolves,

• consistency

• caution

• accumulation

Such
human-like elements will come to hold value.

That is why I will
continue to write from now on.

Without saying anything flashy,
I will deepen the same theme, little by little.
