[300 Days Continuous✍] Revealing my daily posting routine [Thank you!✨]

Well, I started note at the end of July last year, 2025, so it's almost been a year.

I didn't intend to post every day when I started.

However, I made it a habit to post every time I created an illustration, and before I knew it, it became a daily post,

and since I've come this far,
I decided to keep it going!☺️lol

And, while posting every day like this,
my own rhythm for daily illustration production & note posting
has developed👀

In the article I wrote when I reached 200 consecutive days,
I shared some know-how on consistency from when I first started note,so I want to share something useful for everyone this time too...🤔Hmm...

My production routine

First, mydaily routineis roughly as follows✍😊

Now, I will briefly introduce each one!

1. Production time is during commute and after getting home

I work on my daily tasks while on the train!🚃

It's about an hour each way. That's two hours total going and coming!

If I don't finish on the way home, I continue writing after I get back.

My struggle is the poor signal on crowded trains...

So, I try to focus on things I can do offline💪
Like thinking of prompts, creating header images, etc...

Also, I'm challenging myself to improve work efficiency by creating tools I can use offline! lol

2. Deciding on a theme

First, I decide on the theme for the illustration I'll create that day!

It could be something that comes to mind, or a daily theme from SeaArt.

I also keep a notebook of ideas that pop into my head from time to time!✍👀

3. Creating a prototype

While imagining the illustration from the theme, I just try creating a rough prompt!

I plot out the character's appearance, outfit, angle, scenery, etc., just as I think of them, and input them into SeaArt✍😌

Sometimes it's exactly as I imagined on the first try, and sometimes it's not at all.

From here, the next step is to fix the parts that bother me!💁️

4. Incorporating details

Using the prototype as a base, I keep adding details like clothing, poses, composition, expressions, and visual effects!😆

I choose the ones I think are the best from the many I've created and post them in the article!📝

5. Upscaling

Actually, the images I post on note don't look much different even if I increase the resolution.

So why do I upscale them? It's for the header image!

I increase the quality so it doesn't look blurry when zoomed in on the header image!💪

I use SeaArt's features for upscaling.🤖

It consumes points, but it's easy, so I use it!😆 lol

6. Creating the header

As those of you who read my posts might have noticed, I put a frame on my header image every time!

The 🐨🌻 one.

I use a smartphone app called "ibisPaint" to add frames!
It's a god-tier app with enough features that you wouldn't believe it's free!

⑦ Selecting the bonus content

To introduce the production process, I pick out prototypes or illustrations that didn't make the cut but that I still like!

Then, I paste them at the end of the article and add comments as they come to mind!✍😊

⑧ Translating prompts and organizing key points

At first, I just pasted the prompts as they were🤔

"But wouldn't it be hard for people to use them freely if they're just raw spells?"I thought, so I started including translations,

and now I've started including point-by-point explanations of the prompts!

For the point explanations, I make full use of AI to analyze the prompts more objectively before publishing them!🦾🤖

⑨ Writing my thoughts

This is my personal area!😆💛

It's a free space where I write about my thoughts on the work, chat, or share trivia since I love animals!

Then, I add tags and post it!

Ideally, I think it would be smart to have a stock of articles ready,

but my brain🧠 overflows with just one article a day, so in the end, I keep writing every day without being able to build up a stock...🤣➰
