Choosing Reality to Make Dreams Come True | Rewriting Consciousness
The other day, I wrote about how reality can be chosen and the importance of having a soul's perspective.
At the same time, this can also be called rewriting your subconscious.
Read more about it here.
Today, I will talk about how I have continued to "choose" my reality and how I have made my dreams come true.
…I just wrote that I made my dreams come true—
But in reality, it has been a process of manifesting small dreams one step at a time.
In the past, I gave up on my big dream of becoming a manga artist.
I will talk about this episode and the mechanics of why I failed another time,
but here, I want to talk about the process that led me to where I am now—realizing a new, different, but equally wonderful and big dream called Ai&Sora—
how I recovered from the failure of my manga artist dream and reached this point.
-----
First, when I returned to my parents' home after my dream was shattered, I felt a strange sense of relief. Until then, I think I had been looking down on people who "didn't reach the standards set by someone else." Perhaps because returning home forced me to face the "useless (or so I thought) me who had hit rock bottom," I suddenly felt:
“…Wait? That person, and that person, they were doing their best in their own way. Each person's effort is wonderful as it is, and there is no such thing as me being superior, and looking down on others was definitely wrong. So why was I comparing myself?”
My heart began to feel lighter.
I felt that for the first time, a "perspective of looking at myself from a step back" was born within me. Even though no one was watching, I felt a sense of security, as if I were being watched over by something.
Since that day, I was freed from the curse of looking down on others, and I was able to think about starting over, putting my dreams aside for a moment, and doing what I could. I even started working a part-time job.
But then, I developed depression due to the feeling of being trapped, not knowing where to go, even though I was pampered by the cozy environment of my parents' home.
It was especially painful to see the people at my part-time job looking more vibrant than me.
Thinking that maybe this wasn't working, I wondered what I should do—
What came to mind was a path utilizing a qualification I had obtained in the past.
But I had only obtained it as an insurance policy, and since that path was a thorny one, I had avoided it because I didn't feel like pursuing it.
Yet, at that moment, a voice in my heart said, "You should go that way."
For some reason, that "voice of my heart" was very quiet, yet undeniably certain. It was as if my future self was gently reaching out and saying, "Go down this path…"
…Ugh. But I don't want to…
Although I thought that, the voice in my heart was so stubborn that I decided to follow it honestly, thinking that perhaps it was necessary for my future.
At that time, I didn't realize that I was "re-choosing my reality," but looking back now, I think every choice I made after that was a step toward getting closer to the "true me."
Now, having decided to move forward even if it might be a thorny path, I turned over a new leaf and used some of my savings to go to a cram school for the qualification exam.
Then, I successfully passed the exam and left my parents' home again, but from there, it was truly a thorny path. I will talk about this another time, but it was an incredibly hard, exploitative workplace like nothing I had ever experienced before.
Even if I didn't know my left from my right, I had no choice but to work desperately. Even so, days where everything went wrong just kept passing by.
In the end, I judged that my body wouldn't hold up if I stayed, so I quit after two years.
Thinking back, that was the biggest rock bottom, even more so than when my dream was shattered.
The next workplace was better than the last, but I still had a job and a boss that didn't suit me, so I changed jobs again after two years. However, from then on, the environment surrounding me gradually began to improve.
And I remember clearly that from around that time, the bad luck where all my actions backfired began to reverse, like cards flipping over one by one, and small bits of luck began to increase. A feeling that "something has changed significantly" arrived. Thinking about it now, that exploitative workplace might have been a necessary trial for that. That must be why my future self strongly recommended that I go through it—
-----
Now, the new workplace was quite a paradise.
There were understanding and warm bosses and colleagues. And the work itself was not a burden compared to before. The work there was by no means light, and I always had to be attentive and anticipate things, and the fatigue that couldn't be healed by just a two-day weekend accumulated. But I could make it here!
Finally, finally, I found my ideal workplace…!
If I could work here for the rest of my life, that might be fine too.
—But.
I was not a regular employee.
That workplace promoted periodic personnel transfers to "bring in a fresh breeze." Regular employees were "transferred," but for us temporary employees…
In my sixth year, along with other temporary employees, I was forced into a polite "layoff," or in other words, "voluntary resignation."
The boss was kind, but the HR department was not.
Fortunately, thanks to saving money steadily without spending too much, by that time I had enough savings to move and start investing, so I took a step into a new life. Bringing Ai and Sora, whom I had met a little before that.
I met the cats shortly after I suddenly remembered a friendly ginger cat I used to have long ago that had traveled to the sky.
Since welcoming Ai and Sora, I have strangely become able to make bold choices different from others to live as myself, so I think remembering that cat from long ago was also some kind of guidance.
…I have heard a theory that parasites living in cats act on the owner's brain and have the side effect of making them bold, haha.
But perhaps my meeting with Ai and Sora was inevitable, even if it seemed like a coincidence. When the memory of my old cat suddenly came back, I feel like the preparations for the next stage had already begun.
Now, I relied on dear close friends I met when I was aiming to be a manga artist to learn about investing, and although I was nervous, I was able to make a large profit the following year.
The first step toward my new dream had come true.
From there, strangely, I began to think more deeply about a broader perspective and my own mission, which was incomparable to when I had failed my previous dream. Even the recommended YouTube videos I watched in my spare time changed, and reality began to speak to me.
I wasn't well-versed in spirituality, but in the process, I learned the concept of "starseeds," and since I have always been attracted to the universe, I began to think that I might be one too.
After that, I began to want to start a business, and while searching for videos and books, I encountered a certain entrepreneurship school. I took the plunge and invested in myself, and was able to get a rich learning opportunity for several months.
The learning there became the foundation for the action power to start this Ai&Sora, but at that time, I didn't have the concept of Ai&Sora yet.
But, in order for my business to go well, I decided to change the me I had been until then,
deciding that I would no longer be the shy, socially awkward me, but from now on, I would meet many people and expand my network, and I went to places for new encounters.
When I did that, the number of people I could call close friends increased again, and furthermore, I was able to meet my mentor "Kazu-kun," who created the opportunity for this Ai&Sora to be born.
And—
My best partner in launching this Ai&Sora—.
…I would like to talk about this story again soon.
It has been a long story, but what I wanted to convey in this article is,
whether you are a starseed or not, everyone is the creator of their own life. That is why you should choose your reality from a cosmic perspective.
The harsher the reality, the more it can become a spice for the "best life that is uniquely mine" to shine later on. That is the path that promises the realization of dreams by "intending reality on the premise that it will come true," even if you experience rock bottom.
that is what I mean.
By the way, in this story, there are many scenes where reality changed as my own perspective changed, like the "observer effect" in quantum theory. That is why, perhaps, each and every one of us, through even the smallest choices, is moving the future as a "cosmic observer."
I would be happy if this article could be some kind of hint for your irreplaceable life.
