【Celebrating 150 Consecutive Days of Posting】 How Have My Numbers, Thinking, and Life Changed After an Ordinary Person Wrote on Note Every Day for 150 Days?
Today marks the 150th consecutive day of posting on note.
It is Monday, August 10th. The time is just past 8:00 PM.
We are in the middle of the Obon holiday. In the relaxed atmosphere of a holiday evening, I am truly happy to be able to write this 150th article tonight.
150 days. In terms of months, that is about 5 months.
Rainy days, days when I didn't feel well, days when I was exhausted from work, and even days when I felt down because 'there were few likes yesterday'—I sat in front of my computer and kept weaving words without missing a single day.
What has actually changed for an ordinary person like me, who had no special achievements or fame, after writing on note every day for 150 days?
Tonight, as a commemoration of reaching 150 days, I will reveal all the real changes in my numbers, thinking, and life without holding anything back.
1. [Changes in Numbers] The 'Single Metric' That Changed More Than PVs or Likes
After writing for 150 days, of course, my PVs, total likes, and follower count have steadily increased.
However, the most dramatic change for me was not the numbers visible on a graph, but the 'time it takes to write one article'.
○ Day 1: 'Over 3 hours' from brainstorming to writing and editing (my brain would freeze, followed by constant self-loathing)
○ Day 150: 'Just 30-40 minutes' from structuring to completion (using AI as a thinking partner to verbalize instantly)
I used to put too much pressure on myself, thinking, 'I have to write a perfect article.'
However, by continuing to post every day, I acquired a smart mindset (agile thinking) of 'releasing it to the world at 70% completion and improving it while watching reader reactions.'
By increasing my writing speed, I have gained more free time, and my stress regarding publishing has become zero.
2. [Changes in Thinking and Life] A 'Strong Personal Axis' That Isn't Swayed by Others' Evaluations
The 150-day journey was by no means smooth sailing.
There were many nights when I felt down because an article I put my heart into didn't get many likes, or when I felt anxious comparing myself to others on the timeline.
But the overwhelming 'accumulation of actions' over 150 days gave me unwavering confidence.
'I cannot control others' evaluations (the number of likes), but I can 100% control the action (process) of writing every day.'
From the moment I adopted this mindset, I stopped caring about the noise on social media or the eyes of others.
My thinking has been sharpened through my posts, and the greatest asset I gained in 150 days is being able to live while firmly holding the 'reins' (my own axis) of 'what do I want to do?' in my daily life.
3. [Copy and Paste OK] The 'AI x Habituation Prompt' to Graduate from Being a Quitter
To those who say, 'I want to continue note, but I always end up quitting after three days...'
The biggest secret to why I was able to write every day for 150 days is not willpower or grit, but 'using AI as a sounding board for my thoughts'.
Try throwing this prompt at an AI right now. It will instantly turn the confusion in your head into a note project.
I am appointing you as a 'highly excellent content editor'.
I want to make posting on note a habit, but I am hitting a wall where 'I don't know what to write' or 'my thoughts aren't coming together'.
Please read the [My Current Interests/Things I Recently Felt] below and propose '3 angle ideas' that would work as a note article.
[Conditions]
1. Create an attractive title idea that makes readers want to press 'Like' impulsively.
2. Create an 'introduction (opening question)' that resonates with readers.
3. Present the overall table of contents structure (3 H2 headings).
[My Current Interests/Things I Recently Felt]: (*Input what you are thinking about now in rough bullet points)
4. To You, Who Always Reads on Day 150
The number 150 could never have been achieved by my own power alone.
To those who opened my articles during their busy days and pressed 'Like'.
To those who left warm comments.
To all the followers who looked forward to the notifications.
It was because of your presence on the other side of the screen that I was able to face my computer every day. Thank you, truly, thank you so much!
150 days is just a milestone for me.
From here on, while mastering the strongest tool called AI, I will continue to share 'thinking and know-how' for living smartly on your own terms without having your time exploited by others.
In my main paid note, I publish not just simple AI operation methods, but 'thinking methods and practical prompt collections for using AI to increase individual value and win smartly in publishing and business'.
If you want to gain a free lifestyle through your own power, please check it out from my profile.
Tonight, while savoring the sense of accomplishment of the 150th day, I will look forward to the 'congratulations' likes from all of you!
🖋️ Editor's Note
150th consecutive day of posting. At 8:00 PM, as the day comes to an end, looking back, it feels like it went by in a flash, yet it was a dense 5 months. If I showed this to myself on day 1, I'm sure I'd be surprised. I was able to prove with my own body that 'even an ordinary person can get this far if they continue using the right environment and tools (AI).' I will continue to deliver my words at my own pace from tomorrow, on day 151, 152, and so on, so I would be happy if you would continue to join me! Thank you always, truly ☺️
