🎁 [Notice of Additional 150 Credit Distribution] We want Summer Campaign participants to try out the high-end model!
Hello.
I am Naoyuki, Chairman of the Ski Video Promotion Committee.
Thank you so much for your overwhelming participation in the "2nd Ski Video Contest Summer Campaign."
I am looking at every single one of your works, both those already posted and those still in production.
I will be honest.
Everyone, you are all absolutely amazing!
Thinking about composition, revising prompts over and over, adjusting capacity, and struggling with GIF conversion.
Some of you are even making additional purchases to keep trying again and again.
I am truly grateful.
However, at the same time, I was a bit concerned.
"Video generation is fun, but it doesn't move the way I want."
"My credits keep disappearing every time I try."
"I'm sticking with the low-cost model, but I can't quite reach my ideal."
I wonder if there are people feeling like that...
You went to the trouble of trying out ski videos, so if it ends with,
"It was fun, but harder than I thought,"
"It costs money, so I think I'm done,"
I would be a little disappointed.
If possible,
"Video generation can do this much!"
I want you to experience that excitement.
So, I consulted with Pollo AI, and we have decided to distribute additional credits to all participants!
🎁 Through the kindness of Pollo AI, we will distribute an additional 150 credits to those who want them.

Shiori:
Wait... additional credits!?
Pollo AI is cooperating so that all the participants can try it out more!
Masako:
Hold on a second.
Isn't this actually amazing?
It's not just a case of 'please run a contest' and that's it, right?
They are providing an extra opportunity so that the participants can truly enjoy video generation.
Shiori:
Yes!
Having the breathing room to think,
'I want to try a bit more,'
'I want to touch other models,''I want to make my current work a little better,'is really huge.
I think that's really significant.
Masako:
Credits really disappear in the blink of an eye when you're going through trial and error.
It's very appreciated that they're offering an extra hand there.
This kind of thing isn't just a simple additional distribution, you know.
It's not just 'make it and you're done,' it's a push saying, 'feel free to try again and have an even better experience.'
Isn't it quite classy that they understand that?
Naoyuki:
I'm truly grateful.
My request this time came from the desire for everyone participating to experience the fun of Pollo AI and the expressive power of the new models in the best way possible.
I am sincerely grateful to Pollo AI for accepting that.
For those participating in this Summer Campaign who wish to receive it, we are now able to provide an additional 150 credits.
Please do try out the high-end models as well.

Masako:
Which models do you recommend?
Naoyuki:
The models I especially want you to try this time are the high-end ones that have recently become available.
For example,SeeDance 2.5 and new models like MiniMax-H3; SeeDance mini is also recommended for its good cost-performance.
Even with the same image and the same prompt, just changing the model can significantly change the naturalness of the movement and how expressions appear.
Shiori:
In other words, even for those who have already created their work, it's worth trying the high-end models with the same prompt!
Masako:
I see, that's what it is.
"The current work isn't bad, but I wish it moved a bit more naturally."
"I wish the expressions were a little softer."
"I just want to make the final movement a bit cleaner."
For those who think that, this is quite an opportunity, isn't it?
Naoyuki:
Yes.
Of course, if you like your current work, it's fine to leave it as is.
However,
Same image.
Same prompt.
Just change the model.
Even just doing this can sometimes change the final result.
That's why I really want those who have already created something to try it out at least once.
Those who have already posted are also welcome to try again.

I think there are some of you who have already posted your entry articles this time.
First of all, I am truly grateful for that alone.
On top of that, if you use the additional credits and think,
"I tried a different model with the same prompt and this one was better,"
"The movement became more natural,"
"The expressions turned out better than I imagined,"
"I want to make this my entry work,"
then it is perfectly fine to re-enter.
However, please do not significantly overwrite the article you have already posted, but ratherpost a new articleinstead.
And, in the article you posted first, please include a link to the new article,
"I am changing my entry work to this one."
and clearly state that so it is understood.
For example,
First article: The first ski video you made
Second article: The ski video remade with additional credits
If that happens, in the first article,
Since I am re-challenging with the additional credits, I will change the entry to this article.
[New Article Link]
It would be helpful if you could add a note like this.
Ultimately, the work that will be judged is the single entry clearly marked as “Entry work is here” within the new article.
Please cooperate so that judges and readers are not confused about which work is being submitted for review.
Shiori:
This is easy to understand!
Instead of deleting the work you submitted once, you can keep your first attempt while also showing your new challenge.
Masako:
That's right.
Even your first work is a proper record of your challenge.
Rather than overwriting it and pretending it never happened,
it's much more interesting to show, “It got even better from here!”
Of course, it is also fine to keep your current work as is.
This is important, so I want to state it clearly.
Just because you received additional credits does not mean you are required to remake your work.
If you are satisfied with the work you have already submitted, it is fine to leave it as it is.
These additional credits are for those who think,
“I want to try a little more”
“I want to try the high-end model too”
“I want to see the difference with the same prompt”
“I want to challenge myself just one more time”
For me, I want you to enjoy the video generation itself, not just the quality of the work.
Trial and error with low-cost models is also important.
But I think it is also quite important to experience
“Wow, it can move this much!”
at least once with a high-end model.
Shiori:
This could be a great opportunity to change your impression of AI video generation.
Masako:
Exactly.
Since you're at it, I don't want you to end up thinking, 'My credits are all gone...', but rather, 'Wow, this is fun!'
How to receive additional credits
If you would like to receive additional credits, please contact Naoyuki via DM.
A simple message is fine.
I would like the additional credits
is all you need to send.
This is for those who are currently participating in or planning to participate in the 2nd Ski Video Contest Summer Campaign.
Applications for additional credits are scheduled to be accepted for a limited time until Wednesday, August 19th, at 23:59.
*The credit expiration date is August 31st.
Recommended ways to try it out

Shiori:
Naoyuki, once we get the additional credits, how do you recommend we use them?
Naoyuki:
My recommendation is to first try a different model using the same image and prompt as the work you are currently creating.
If you change everything all at once, it's hard to tell what actually improved.
So, start by changing only the model under the same conditions.
By doing that,
you'll be able to see the differences more clearly, such as:
'The movement became more natural,'
'The expressions became softer,'
'The background movement became cleaner,''Actually, the previous model had more character.'
like that.
I compared the generation results of the latest models in yesterday's article, so please take a look if you'd like.
Masako:
I see.
So, instead of remaking the entire prompt, it's more like asking a different artisan to fulfill the same order.
Naoyuki:
Exactly.
And then, if there's anything you're concerned about, you can tweak the prompt little by little.
For example,
"Wave goodbye with a smile at the end"
"Make the fireworks a bit bigger"
"Slowly zoom the camera in"
"Convey a sense of gratitude"
I recommend making adjustments like these, step by step.
This time, the additional credits are for you to "try it one more time."
Naoyuki:
These additional credits aren't just for increasing the number of generations.
They are for those who have already created a piece, as well as those who are about to,
to give you another chance to experience the expressive power of a different model.
This is especially true because, even with the same image and prompt, changing the model can significantly alter the final result.
Especially this time, even with the same image and prompt, the final result can change significantly just by switching the model.
"I like my current work, but I wonder what it would look like if it moved more naturally"
"I wonder how much better it would look with a high-end model"
"Since I have the chance, I want to try it one last time"
I really want those who feel this way to use them.
Shiori:
So these additional credits aren't to invalidate the work you've already created, but to expand its possibilities.
Masako:
That's right.
Your first piece is a commendable challenge in its own right.
But if you have the chance to play with it one more time, why not take it?
"I like the previous one, but I also want to see the new one."
You can feel free to try it with that kind of lightheartedness.
Finally
This 'Suki' Video Contest is not just a showcase for those who are already skilled.
It is a festival to share 5 seconds of 'thank you' with those who read your work.
But, while you're at it, I hope you also enjoy the process of creating those 5 seconds.
I'm sure there will be times when things don't go well.
Sometimes things won't move the way you intended.
You might even feel a bit anxious as your credits decrease.
But, beyond that,
"Oh, that movement is nice."
"I love this expression."
"I want to share this with those who read my work."
Once you have moments where you feel this way, your impression of video generation will surely change.
I hope these additional credits will be a step toward that.
For those who have already posted, those who are about to take on the challenge, and those who are still undecided.
Please feel free to play around with it again, within your comfort zone.
Shiori:
I look forward to seeing everyone's '5 seconds of hospitality'!
Masako:
Alright, it's round two with these extra credits.
I'm going to keep watching you all show me your sincere 'thank you'!
Naoyuki, Masako, Shiori:
We are still waiting for everyone to participate!
