[2026 Latest] Fully Automated from a Single Image to "Gacha, Conversation UI, and Voice Video"! A Complete Guide to AI Anime Production Workflows Created with PixAI Studio's Automated Thinking Nodes (Including a Comparison with ComfyUI)

Hello everyone! It took me 20 years to realize that "Tell me the truth, I won't get mad" is a trap, I'm Ai Hakase!

Now that we can draw breathtakingly beautiful illustrations with AI, the next thing you all want to challenge yourselves with is "Anime Production" or "Continuous Storytelling", right?

But... aren't you hitting walls like these?

  • "I can produce a single image at top quality, but when I try to make the second frame, the face and clothes change..."

  • "It's such a hassle to open a different tool, save the file, and re-upload it every time I want to edit an image or turn it into a video..."

That's right! The reality is that it's quite difficult to complete a "single anime work" with just one-off image generation alone💦

That's where it becomes important to move beyond just typing prompts and adopt the mindset of "designing the entire production flow (workflow) from generation and editing to video creation and asset management"!

💡 Zero Knowledge Gap! "Thought-Controlled Workflow" That Completes Everything Automatically with a Single Input

What I'm introducing this time is a fully automated, state-of-the-art workflow where, if you have just one image source, you can complete everything from "social game gacha screens" to "dating sim conversation UIs" and "heart-throbbing anime with voice" without even having to think!

By combining not just standard Image Edit nodes, but also LLM (thinking model) "prompt automation" and "Temperature adjustment", I have built a "human-like flexible thinking process" as if a professional creator were sitting next to you, thinking and giving instructions.

Therefore, it completely wraps (absorbs) the technical knowledge gap between beginners and pros, allowing anyone to output top-quality animation without getting lost!

By the way, for the base image source, you can upload your own images, or use PixAI's proprietary flagship model "Tsubaki.2" to generate a new source image from your native language with a single tap!

It was originally inspired by the Creative Tools within PixAI's Toolbox, but I have finished it with a highly original configuration that maximizes practicality and time performance!

📺 3 Topics We Will Cover This Time

So, this time, as a collaboration project with PixAI , I would like to explain the content as follows!

  • ① Breaking away from "tool hopping"! Design philosophy of node-based fully automated workflows

  • ② [Practical Hands-on] A god-tier template that fully automates "Gacha ➔ Conversation ➔ Voice Anime" with a single input

  • ③ Continuous production techniques to maintain asset reuse and character consistency (soul) forever

Well then, thank you for joining me again today!

1. The "production fragmentation" that occurs when switching between multiple AI tools

When you create works with AI, aren't you exhausted by this kind of "tool hopping"?

  • Image generation tool to output illustrations

  • Retouching software to load and refine details

  • Video generation AI to re-upload and animate

  • Assets getting lost in a local save folder...

When you jump between tools here and there, not only does it take time to export and re-upload, but every time you cross tools, a fatal problem occurs where "the character's face or outfit changes".

What solves this "production fragmentation" is "workflow thinking," which integrates all processes onto a single canvas and seamlessly passes data and materials to the next step! "Workflow thinking"

2. Basic concepts of node-based workflows and their 3 strengths

"Node-based" refers to a mechanism where processing boxes (nodes) are connected by "lines" to visually assemble and automate the order in which data flows.

By simply connecting "Image Generation Node -> Editing Node -> Animation Node," you can guide your work to completion without getting lost!

🌟 3 strengths that accelerate production

1. Streamlining material management: Past generation history and self-made assets can be loaded onto the canvas and reused as is!

2. Templating: Once you build a production flow, you can save and clone it to reproduce it with a single click next time!

3. Batch group execution: Run multiple processes or generation tests simultaneously with one button and compare the results all at once!

*For operation procedures such as how to add nodes and basic connection operations, please check the PixAI Studio official introduction article as it explains them very clearly!

3. [Practice] Designing a "no-brainer" fully automated pipeline that completes with a single input

From here on, this is a hands-on explanation that completes everything from "Gacha -> Galge conversation -> Voice-enabled animation" at once just by loading one source image!

By incorporating prompt automation and Temperature (temperature parameter = 1.0, max tokens 6144) adjustments, the design allows the AI to perform human-like flexible thinking, completely bridging the knowledge gap between beginners and professionals.

The source material is an original, time-saving configuration inspired by PixAI's Creative Tools !

🛠️ Hands-on: Execution Steps for the Fully Automated Workflow

STEP 1: Cloning the Workspace

First, access the public template link below.

👉 Open Template (PixAI Studio)

Click "View Generation Process" and press "Clone Workspace" on the screen.

This allows you to use it as your own private canvas!

STEP 2: Preparing the Source Image (Upload or Tsubaki.2 Generation)

Input one of your own images into the "Source" node on the left side of the canvas.

If you don't have an image on hand, you can easily generate an original one using the "Tsubaki.2" node included on the canvas! First, enter the image or content you want to draw in Japanese or English into the "Prompt Helper" node and run it. Check the displayed prompt, and if it matches your intent, start image generation with Ctrl + Enter!

The generated image will be displayed automatically, so you can easily set it by dragging and dropping it into the "Source" node or uploading it!

STEP 3: Automatically Generate Image Edit Prompts with the VLM Node

Use the set source image to run the "VLM node"! Prompts for the gacha screen and image editing will be automatically created in JSON format (this process consumes about 400 credits).

The generated JSON prompt includes an item called "Personal Request." Here, you can freely add your own detailed requests in Japanese, such as "I want the aspect ratio to be 16:9" or "I want the background to be a little brighter." Once you have entered your desired content, take a moment to review it!

Once you have finished writing your requests, press the run button on the "Image Edit Node" to complete the first frame (gacha screen)!

The output image is set to 1K size by default, but you can change these values to your liking if necessary. Feel free to customize it as you proceed with your preferred image editing!

Follow the same steps to generate prompts and edit images for the second frame (dating sim conversation screen) and the third frame (heart-throbbing close-up screen).

It looks like this!

💡 Pro Tip!
Since the VLM node operates at Temperature=1.0, the Japanese output may occasionally become garbled.

In that case, double-click the node and directly edit or add to the text! Even just these simple Japanese refinements will lead to significant improvements!

STEP 4: Automatic Construction of Video Generation Prompts & Video Creation with V4.0 Preview

The three frame images you created are in this group

and are set up to be automatically referenced and connected to each text node.

Therefore, when you press "Execute Group" in this "Prompt Creator" group, detailed prompts specifically for the video generation AI (V4.0 Preview) will be generated all at once!

The generated prompts will become available for use in the video node after the group execution is complete. The process is very simple: first, copy the prompt generated from the "Prompt Creator" group, and then paste it directly into the video generation node!

Next, hover your cursor over the Image○○ section, click the reference image, and enable "Omni Reference." This is a feature that allows you to specify multiple materials, such as images and audio, in a single prompt and apply them all at once to the video AI!

After configuring the settings, let's press the "Execute" button!

With this, by combining the three frames created from just a single image and your text prompts, an "animated video with audio" is automatically completed in just this step!

It's incredibly easy, isn't it!

⚡ For those who want to make it even easier! A trick for batch group execution

While it is more reliable to proceed while checking each one, if you want even better time performance, after inserting the source image,

"you can just press the group execution button three times" to generate all frame materials at once!

Once the materials are ready and you have finished the batch execution of the final Prompt Creator Group,

all you have to do is paste the prompt into the video node and execute it to complete the same video. Please try it out with your preferred style!

Here is a bit of PixAI Studio trivia!

4. Tips for maintaining character consistency across multiple scenes and continuing production

By the way, the most important thing in anime production is "not breaking the face or atmosphere of the same character (character fixation)", isn't it!

With PixAI Studio, you don't need to rebuild your prompts from scratch every time you create a new scene.

💡 Asset management techniques for reusing past assets

By using the "Import from PixAI" feature at the bottom right of the canvas, you can drag and drop your favorite images created in the past or your generation history directly into the nodes.

  • Connecting Reference Nodes: By connecting the base character image (anchor) to the Omni-reference node, you can maintain the "character's soul (features)" even when changing outfits, angles, or expanding from a still image to a video.

  • Stocking Creative Assets: Since past works become materials for the next project, the more you create, the more your own personal anime production database grows!

I also often reuse images I've created in the past as new materials for video generation!

5. How to use Blank Canvas vs. Templates

PixAI Studio offers two ways to get started: the highly flexible "Blank Canvas" and the ready-to-use "Templates".

  • For Beginners [Using Templates]: Start by "cloning" a provided template and swapping out the images or prompts! You can learn how the system works while interacting with existing node connections.

  • For Advanced Users [Blank Canvas]: Once you get used to it, on a blank canvas,

try adding unique reasoning LLM nodes or editing nodes like the ones in this example to build your own fully automated pipeline!

※ As a reminder, for information on how to add nodes, basic drag-and-drop operations, and steps for creating a new workspace, please also refer to the PixAI Studio Official Introduction Article which explains it most clearly!

🎈 Conclusion

How was it!

To summarize this article, the biggest key to successful AI anime production is "not ending with a single image generation, but designing an entire workflow that includes generation, editing, video conversion, and asset management"!

Free yourself from the stress of hopping between various tools, and please try building your own fully automated workflow!
