I strongly wish for the 'future my sons will live in' to be like this

Here in Japan, I dream of a future where 'giving is a culture'.
Because there are people dear to me whom I want to live in such a future.

Despite being a developed nation, Japan's awareness and actions regarding donations are extremely low compared to other countries. Even though it is such a wealthy and peaceful nation.

So, how would the future change if 'giving became a culture' here in Japan? Just imagining it makes me incredibly happy.

Because my sons will be able to live in such a wonderful country.
A world where the people dear to me can be rich in spirit and overflowing with smiles.
People living in such a world can lead kind, warm, and fulfilling lives.

I can imagine such a future.

I believe a Japan where 'giving is a culture' will surely become such a wonderful country.

'Culture' ultimately means becoming 'the norm'.

I want to make Japan a place where donating is the norm.

Who will do it?

It isus who are living now.

It is fine if you feel resistance toward donating right now.
But it will surely be no good if things stay the same in the future.

No matter how far we go,
we humans are built upon connections 'between people'.

I want the 'world they will live in someday' for my children to be built upon connections between people and filled with kindness.

It is not like that 'now'.
But I want the 'future' to be like that.
Could there be any wish more pure than this?

It takes an enormous amount of time to turn something into a culture.
That is why we start 'from now'. We do it.

Japan's population is approximately 120 million.
Of that, the working-age population accounts for about 59%, or 73 million people.

If we conservatively estimate the percentage of those who actually work to be half, that comes to 36 million people.

If these 36 million people each donated '100 yen' every month, it would amount to 3.6 billion yen.

If we could use 3.6 billion yen every month forthings that truly benefit Japan...

If we could make100% clearwhat was spent and how much, clarify
who was helped and how they were happy, and if we could
continue to donate (support)rather than just doing it once.

How filled with happiness and overflowing with abundance would this country become?

By the way,
if someone who is 30 years old now donated 100 yen every month until they are 60, the total would be 36,000 yen.

Is this expensive or cheap?
That likely depends on each individual's interpretation, but using 36,000 yen out of the money you and I spend in our lifetimes for the sake of someone else.
If we all do it, it can be achieved.

Donating becomes the norm
