[Background]

After graduating from university, I worked as a writer for an in-house newsletter at an editorial production company. I conducted an average of 10 to 15 interviews per month and interviewed over 50 business executives in total, while also writing manuscripts.

With no prior experience as a writer, I built my skills and experience through practice while receiving strict feedback from seniors and clients.

I found joy in not just writing down what the people I interviewed said, but in capturing their "true intentions" and the "thoughts they wanted to convey" in my writing.

After working at the editorial production company for about 6 years, I changed jobs to a publishing company. I was in charge of editing a monthly magazine related to corporate public relations.

While struggling to create manuscripts that could reach all readers with varying levels of knowledge and information—more so than with an in-house newsletter—I became conscious of ways to express things more clearly and easily for many people.

Leveraging my experience at a corporate public relations magazine, I moved to a machinery and semiconductor manufacturer. As a public relations representative, I was in charge of writing press releases and ghostwriting messages from the president. I honed my writing style for business and management applications.

I became independent in 2018. I have developed my activities as a writer, focusing on writing manuscripts for corporate public relations magazines and institutional journals, distributing newsletters, and providing editorial cooperation for paper and electronic books.

I have been a writer for about 20 years. I specialize in writing for business and corporate public relations, as well as sales writing and ghostwriting/supervising personal profiles.

In 2022, I moved from Tokyo to Kagawa Prefecture. I enjoy country life while connecting with clients all over Japan via the internet and in person.
