Reasons for partner registration and what they want to challenge themselves with
Male in his 30s, University affiliation

Field of expertise: Biological information measurement and analysis, time-series data analysis, neuroscience
Until now, I have conducted research work in academia and private companies by utilizing my expertise. I would like to challenge myself as a researcher to contribute to a better society while building cooperative relationships with various people, leveraging that experience and knowledge.
Female in her 30s, Corporate affiliation

Specialization: Efficacy and safety evaluation of microorganisms, cosmetics, and topical agents
I have a history of research in a wide range of fields, including concept planning and the establishment of evaluation systems for cell therapy. I hope to use this experience to be of service to everyone.
Female in her 30s, affiliated with a company

Specialization: Medicine, radiation therapy, immunology
I have a desire to continue doing research, but considering my experience, I have recently been thinking that there might be other job types where I could express myself more. I registered with A-Co-Labo because I want to be involved in research with a wider variety of skills. I often hear the keywords open innovation and industry-academia collaboration at my company lately, and I am interested in initiatives that create many encounters and allow me to be stimulated by connecting with society and various companies, rather than just staying within the company.
Male in his 40s, affiliated with a company

Specialization: Optimization engineering, energy management systems, sharing mobility
Although I am able to utilize my experience and specialized skills in my current company's work, there are not enough opportunities to fully demonstrate them due to business timeliness, and I felt a sense of incomplete combustion. I will continue to take on new challenges while increasing opportunities to utilize my abilities to give back to society and broadening my horizons through interaction with people in various fields.
Male in his 60s, affiliated with a university

Specialization: Pedagogy, social pedagogy, mathematics education, children's rights theory
I have conducted classes, lectures, and training sessions that make people from children to the working generation and the elderly excited about learning and draw out their intellectual curiosity. I would like to help people of all generations grow, live, and work vibrantly and shine in various fields of society.
