Series: Body Instruction Manual_Biology Edition | #0 | Solving the "Why" of Training with Junior High School Science
What is the Body Instruction Manual?
When starting to study training, many people begin with specialized books on "anatomy" or "physiology."
However, even if you memorize what is written, you cannot answer a client's simple questions in the field.
Why is that?
"The basic design (OS) of the human animal"is completely missing.
In this "Biology Edition," we will not suddenly memorize muscle names or hormone functions.
What we will return to is"Biology" at the junior high school science level.
・Why is a 2-3 minute rest necessary between sets? (Mitochondria and energy)
・What is the true nature of not being able to exert force well without a warm-up? (Neurons and synapses)
・Why don't muscles grow even if you drink protein? (Digestion and absorption)
Technical terms are kept to a minimum. All you need to know is the foundation of "how the body is built."
The series that makes the reasons for phenomena occurring in the field click at the cellular level, begins now.
