Self-Introduction | About Me and My Life of Finding Balance
Nice to meet you again. I'm mii, an occupational therapist.
Thank you for visiting this note.
For 17 years, I have worked as an occupational therapist, supporting people's
minds and bodies.I am in my 40s, an age where menopause is approaching and both mind and body are prone to change. I live with my husband and our teenage daughter and son.
When my children were young, I suffered from adjustment disorder due to various stresses and took a three-year leave of absence.
My body reached its limit before my mind did, and it was a time when I had no choice but to stop, but through that experience, I began to think deeply about the connection between the mind and body.
Now, I have returned to work while continuing a sustainable side-hustle style.
Precisely because my physical and mental energy are limited, I am organizing a way of working that doesn't wear me out too much.
In this note, I write about professional topics in a soft and easy-to-understand way.
I also cherish words that help you relax your shoulders as you read.
