Yesterday was Mother's Day

Yesterday was Mother's Day, wasn't it?

Some people give flowers, some give cakes, some give sweets, some give things the other person likes, some help with housework, some give their mothers free time, and some go out to eat.
I think there are many different kinds of people.

I would like to convey feelings of gratitude that I cannot usually express to my loved ones.
