Two weeks this summer to build small things with AI
This summer, I'm running a two-week project to build small things with AI.
From Sunday, July 12th to Saturday, July 25th.

The place for interaction is Substack, but I'm writing this because I want to reach those who read my note as well.
The content is a project where we will do almost exactly what is written in the paid article below together.
※There is no need to purchase it
✦ There is only one thing to do
Try building a small "I wish I had this" for summer using AI.
Recipes, color matching, travel preparations, favorite colors, how to spend the night.
Anything is fine.
It doesn't have to be a big service.
Something that makes your summer a little easier or more fun.
You will build that while consulting with AI using words.
You don't write code.
You don't need to be able to write it.
Just to be clear, I am the one who planned this, and I cannot write code.

✦ We will use Gemini. The reason is, you won't get stuck
Gemini is Google's AI.
If you have Gmail, which means a Google account, you can use it as is.
No new contracts or development environment setup required.
Open Gemini in your browser and log in.
That's it, you've already started.
It has been exactly one year since I started development with AI.
I have learned something in this past year.
There are many people who think, "I should probably do something."
But they stop at "I don't know what to do."
So, I have prepared a place where we can take the first step together.
"ChatGPT Work|Sites", "Claude|Artifacts", etc. are also OK♪

✦ To be honest
This is the first time, and I am doing it as a trial.
This time, I will proceed by trial and error with about 5 people.
This is not a lecture course.
You are the one who will build.
I will be there for you to ask when you get stuck.
I have also gotten stuck many times before.
I have built over 100 apps using Gemini's Canvas.
I can probably answer where you might get stuck and how to get through it.
It is okay if it is unfinished.
It is okay if it is a work in progress.
You do not have to do it every day.
Even 10 or 20 minutes a day is fine.
There are no prizes.
There will be no rankings.
There is only one goal.
To see something you thought of moving on the screen.
To experience that initial thrill.

✦ How to participate
Details are summarized on the project page.
Participation and communication will take place on Substack.
If you let me know you want to participate by commenting on the announcement post or by restacking, I will set up a thread for each person in the subscriber chat.
The chat is a space for subscribers only, so those participating will need to be subscribed.
It is free.
Just watching is also welcome.
Because seeing someone else's process of trial and error will likely become a map for you next time.
I intend to continue this every season.
This is the first time.
So, it does not have to be right now.
Come whenever you feel ready.
Wishing you a great summer.
