WATERFALL is taking on the ARABAKI ROCK FESTIVAL audition.

When I heard about it from Mr. Tetsuya Tsushima around last spring, I thought, 'What is he talking about?' Yes, back then.

Since then, having watched the excitement of HOMETOWNMUSIC in Aomori City last year as part of the camera crew, and seeing the band's condition improve and confidence grow since the summer.
Kutsuzawa performing at RINGO MUSIC FES, and so on.
With various factors intertwined, the feeling that our band needs to appeal more to the outside world began to sprout, and we discussed this among the members. It's a common thing that life ends if you just wait for someone to discover you.

The me of last year is different from the me of this year, and that's only natural.
Since I'm going to do it anyway, I want to face this show race happily. With the feeling that if we happen to get picked up by something, that would be hilarious.
And if it becomes an opportunity for someone somewhere to watch our video and get to know us. If you're going to do it, do it happily and seriously.

I'm turning 45 this year, and rather than regretting not doing anything, I feel it's better to try, fail, laugh, and move on to the next thing.
