How do you get through the season when your body feels sluggish?
This is the season when the heat makes your body feel heavy.
Perhaps one way to handle it is to just give in to the sluggishness and lounge around to rest.
On the other hand, we live in an era where there is more we can do online, even when we feel sluggish.
However, when we avoid going out on extremely hot days, our bodies tend to get stiff from a lack of exercise.
Amidst all this, I sometimes wonder:
As members of society and organizations, aren't we expected to maintain a constant level of performance all year round?
Don't you ever feel that it's exhausting to try to keep up with that?
What if each of us could work and produce results according to the seasons we are best suited for?
Perhaps we could live in a way that is more in tune with the rhythms of nature.

You might immediately ask, "What is the answer?"
But surely,
the ways to find a balance between the seasons, our bodies, and society
must be as numerous as the people themselves.
That is precisely why
it would be good to keep asking ourselves questions and searching for our own way.
"Try posing one question a day.
A small act of merit for yourself and the world, even when you feel sluggish."
Feeling sluggish in your body is not necessarily a bad thing.
Why not start by accepting reality for a moment?
It carries both physical and mental significance,
and you might make a new discovery.
