A morning that starts properly, even when the battery is dead
How was your day today?
I always set my alarms for 5:40 and 6:00 in the morning.
Around 5:40, the baby is usually on the verge of waking up, squirming around.
Then, my 5:40 alarm goes off, I stop it on my iPhone, and go back to sleep.
Then, in the blink of an eye, I wake up when the 6:00 alarm goes off.
By that time, the baby might be awake or asleep, it varies.
I unconsciously move closer to the baby, stroking their head or pressing my head against theirs.
Sometimes, when the baby lifts their head to turn, we end up bumping our heads together.
This morning was the same; I woke up at 5:40 and went back to sleep.
However, the next time I woke up, it was around 6:30.
The iPhone that I thought was plugged into the charger hadn't charged at all.
I got up in a hurry, busily prepared for work, and somehow managed to make it on time.
Today, I went on a business trip to an exhibition outside the prefecture with the company president and one other person. The president drove.
I'm not very familiar with the industry yet, but I felt that technologies like AI and IoT are becoming a natural part of it.
Also, I had a delicious beef stamina set meal.
I spent most of today in the president's car.
I was glad I could buy a souvenir for my wife on the way back.
I usually work in the office, so a business trip outside the prefecture was a rare occurrence.
Rather than just stimulation, it was a business trip where I could really feel how AI and other technologies are permeating the industry.
I felt that someday, we might be able to see all architectural drawings and data on what is under the roads (where everything is located) all in one place.
I thought that if everyone could access it, there might be fewer unexpected incidents at work.
I feel like I haven't been able to turn today itself into a learning experience as much as usual.
So, today I wrote about the theme: "There are times when it's dangerous to rely entirely on your alarm."
I think I'll make sure to finish charging before I go to sleep at night.
