21/50 I tried making a soothing playlist
Yesterday was my prenatal checkup day.
I was disappointed to hear that the obstetrics clinic I go to is not currently holding parent classes, but when I inquired, they agreed to handle it for me individually.
I asked about the flow of childbirth and things to be careful about before giving birth.
Perhaps because of my title as a "former elementary school teacher," I seem to be seen as "serious," and I was given the advice that "it's natural for things not to go as planned."

It's true that I might have a serious side, but
unexpectedly, I was thinking, "I'm actually quite laid-back, though."
I've stopped looking at magazines and internet information much because it feels like they're trying to imprint the idea of "this is how you should do it" on me. Even if I do see them, I try to let go of anything that doesn't fit my heart.this is how you should do itI've stopped looking at them much. I think serious moms in the world might be having a hard time being caught up in the world's "this is how you should do it."
"laid-back" = "not showing love"is not true.
It is precisely because I can cut corners in a way that is comfortable for me that I can have peace of mind and pour out love. If I am not fulfilled myself, there is no way I can pour love onto those around me.
I feel like I've been talking a bit too passionately...
So, today I have one more"thing I tried".
This time, it's"making a soothing playlist"
The memorable first "thing I tried" was
"making an upbeat playlist".
This playlist is still very useful!!
It's perfect for when you want to blow away sleepiness in the morning or when you want to change your mood a little!
However, what I thought after making it was...
There are also times when I want to be calm and have a gentle feeling.
"I want to be energized!"
"I want someone to push me forward!"
There are times when I feel like
"I want to be soothed"
"I want to relax slowly"
as well.
With that in mind,
"Let's try making a soothing playlist too!"
So, I tried making one.
