Experience is Fuel & Moving to the Next Stage
The intermediate results for the Creative Awards 2024 were announced the other day, and
I felt deeply relieved.
My result was that I didn't make the cut.
Honestly, I'm not depressed.
Of course, it's not that I'm not depressed at all, but
I was prepared for it.
I wanted to know where I stood, so I feel clear-headed.
The results announcement was a pretty big event for me, so I was really feeling uneasy about when it would come.
It's finally over. The fog has lifted. 😭😭😭😭
More than that, I'm happy to see the names of people I know. People I follow and their friends.
Congratulations! ✨✨✨
I'm also happy that I was able to feel that from the bottom of my heart.
And when I happened to see and read a few articles about the results announcement, they were all just wonderful. 🥹
I wanted to give a standing ovation and a hug.
This is it, this is what it's all about!!
The warm world of note.
Thank you for writing them!
I'd like to link the articles, but I don't want to surprise anyone with a notification, so I'll just express my thanks here. (It's surprising to get a notification from someone you don't know at all, isn't it? Although I'm the type who is actually quite happy about it.)
And thank you for reading my Creative Awards article and supporting me with likes and comments. 🙏✨ It was truly encouraging.
Below are my frank impressions and an announcement.
I wrote what I wanted to write, so I have no regrets.
I also found many areas where I am lacking.
Regarding this, this paid article by Hana Fujiwara was extremely helpful.
It's rare to have the opportunity to know the behind-the-scenes of creation, so it was very educational.
One more thing.
This paid article I read at the beginning.
The content was truly worth more than the price.
Of course, you can't just jump into it lightly.
(Actually, I was able to read it because it was on sale.)
However, the more you read it carefully, the more insights you gain.
I don't think there's anyone else who would write this much.
It's very dense content, so you need to be prepared for various things.
But for those who are serious about doing this, I recommend it.
If I hadn't read Hana Fujiwara's paid article,
Oh, I failed again~ everyone is amazing~
I have no talent. It can't be helped.
I would have ended up having learned nothing, just like before.
So nothing would change. I wouldn't be able to change.
My mental state regarding writing has been greatly strengthened and organized.
Also known as the mental stability article (at least for me).
I was often crying because I was encouraged by the supportive content.
Thank you so much for writing it as an article.
Although I am immature, I no longer think my writing is bad.
Rather, I've come to love my own writing.
That's a pretty big change for me.
And I thought.
I want to make a book!!!
I was thinking vaguely about it and tweeted this at the end of August.
It was about 3 days before the entry deadline.
Moreover, it was a lottery, so there was little hope.
But it wasn't zero, so there was a possibility.
The results announcement was delayed from the original schedule.
It seems there was a considerable number of entries.
The email about the results arrived just when I was out.
I opened it with a pounding heart.
12/1 Literature Flea Market Tokyo 39 store opening decided
I'm so incredibly happy😭
The books I can release are
a leave-of-absence essay book (2023)
and a picture book (2024).
Even just this is totally fine.
But you know, honestly.
I want to make a return-to-work essay book!
Of course, I was aiming for a book deal through note.
I also decided that if that doesn't come true, I'll make it myself.
So I've made up my mind.
It would be great if it happened.
But "someday" usually never comes.
In addition to that,
I also want to make a small photo book as a hobby.
So many things I want to do💕
That said, there's less than 3 months left.
Time seems to be there, but it isn't.
But I can't stop the excitement.
I have more to look forward to in December.
I've finally started to enjoy writing, making, and creating again☺️
P.S.
It really doesn't matter at all, but I want you to hear this.
Regarding the previous official tag project
#ILoveCarbonatedDrinks
It's a bit different from a contest, but there was a small secondary prize, and believe it or not, I won it🙌
It was just a raffle, so it was a total stroke of luck.
No, carbonation just fell from the shelf~
I love carbonated drinks~~~❤️❤️❤️
